In order to improve teachers’ ability to apply information technology,teachers training has been actively carried out in everywhere and training modes have been constantly innovated,and remarkable results have been achieved.In 2019,China launched and implemented the Information Technology Application Ability Improvement Project 2.0 for primary and secondary school teachers,which put forward the requirement of "innovative training mode" and produced a number of excellent results.However,in practice,it is found that there are still some difficult problems in the current teacher training:first,the contradiction between working and learning is prominent,and the centralized training is easy to cause burden to teachers;Second,the training effect is not good,the information technology integration of classroom application effect is not good,training results can not be effectively implemented in the classroom.In order to solve the above problems and implement the requirements of"Ability Improvement Project 2.0",this study believes that teacher training not only needs short-term centralized training,but also needs to send training to their school,to teach demonstration,classroom diagnosis,and expert-led school-based research and training.Based on this,this study constructs the training mode of teachers’ information technology application ability of "Send training to the county ".This study is carried out from the following aspects:First,literature analysis is used to clarify the research background,and relevant researches on teachers’ application ability of information technology and teacher training mode at home and abroad are sorted out to determine the feasibility of this study.Second,Questionnaire survey,interview and field investigation are adopted to investigate the current situation of teachers’ application ability of information technology and their training needs,so as to provide practical basis for the construction of teacher training mode in this study.Third,through the literature to clarify the construction of teacher training model related theories,define the connotation of"send training to the county" teacher training.Forth,Construct the training mode of teachers’ application ability of information technology of "sending training to the county".Fifth,Case study method was adopted to carry out practical research with X County of Ningxia as the research object,apply the training model and test the training effect.The research results show that the training mode of teachers’ information technology application ability of "sending training to the county" constructed in this study can better meet the learning needs of teachers,alleviate the contradiction between working and learning of teachers,and improve teachers’information technology application ability.On the whole,the implementation effect of this training mode is good,and it is worth popularizing under certain conditions.
