With the implementation of the double reduction policy,the problem of excessive extracurricular academic burden of Chinese students has gradually become the focus of educational reform,so how to improve the effectiveness of junior middle school math homework has become a practical problem.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign literature,as well as contemporary constructivism,Vygotski’s recent development area theory,and Skinner’s operational conditioning theory,I carried out the operation reform experiment in 9th Grade of Beijing Y Middle School.First,I conducted a questionnaire survey on 9th Grade of Beijing Y School to investigate students’learning feelings,study habits,views of the homework,quantity of homework,attitude towards the homework and their expected homework mode.I found that there is a big gap in the time for students in their class to complete math homework,and there is no unified standard of difficulty.I also interviewed some mathematics teachers,and found that the mathematics homework has some problems,such as the content of homework,the form of homework and the feedback mode of homework are too single,and teachers and students have a flat understanding of the homework.Accordingly,I proposed that the effective assignment should follow the principles of moderation,appropriateness,pertinence,diversity and value type.Then,according to the above research results,I selected a class in 9th Grade of Beijing Y school to carry out the experimental research on the effectiveness of homework.After three stages of research of exploring,improving and consolidating,I finally found that layered homework,elastic homework,consolidate homework,reflection homework form,teachers and students to review and writing positive comments feedback,teachers and students jointly evaluation evaluation way can improve the experimental team students,narrow the gap between students and has been recognized by the teachers and students.The homework work is effective.After the post-test,the class of students’ core competence,mathematical thinking,transfer ability and so on have been improved.The homework is beneficial result.During the experiment,the time and quality of the daily homework for the students has met the requirements,so the efficiency was improved.The homework is efficient.The experiment of effective work was basically successful.Therefore,the effect of "reducing the burden and improving the quality" is finally achieved.
