| The high-quality development of compulsory education in the new era has put forward new requirements for primary and secondary education and teaching.At present,the excessive burden of after-school homework caused by the general pursuit of the enrollment rate has attracted great attention from the state.In 2021,relevant national departments will continue to issue documents requesting To reduce the burden of students’ homework and improve the quality of homework,designing and arranging high-quality homework has become the primary task for teachers to implement the burden reduction policy.In this context,based on the connotation of core literacy in the new curriculum standards and the policy requirements for reducing burdens,this study firstly defines the main connotation of "high-quality homework",that is,homework that can stimulate interest in learning,promote innovative thinking,and strengthen social responsibility.It is also believed that from the perspective of teaching material units,designing corresponding types of homework according to the different content of the sections can effectively reduce the amount of single homework;Students’ after-school homework burden is also conducive to students’ core literacy and personalized training.This study divides high-quality written assignments into three types: life-based assignments that focus on stimulating interest,problem-based assignments that focus on fostering innovation,and social-based assignments that focus on strengthening social responsibility.According to the "1+X" homework design plan,from the perspective of the total unit of the textbook,the single homework will be designed in an overall manner by type.The practical results show that this "1+X" operation design scheme is an effective way to implement the national burden reduction policy.This research is divided into nine parts.The first part is an introduction,which proposes the necessity of designing high-quality homework and the purpose and significance of this research by interpreting policies such as "double reduction".The design-related research is systematically sorted out to understand the current situation of homework design;the third part is an introduction to the theory of homework design;the fourth part is to understand the main problems of the current homework layout and completion through literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interviews;the fifth part The concept of high-quality job design is summarized;the sixth part proposes high-quality job design strategies;the seventh part designs the types of high-quality jobs in the form of cases according to the connotation and job design strategy defined by this study;The three types of assignments designed are used for teaching practice and the effect of implementation is analyzed.The results show that according to the content of the chapters,the corresponding types of homework are arranged in turn,which reduces the burden on students and improves the teaching effect of homework.The ninth part summarizes the research and analyzes the shortcomings of the research.In summary,under the background of the national policy of improving quality and efficiency,this study defines the main connotation of "high-quality homework",and then proposes three main types of after-school written homework.The corresponding three types of homework case teaching practice have achieved remarkable teaching effect.Therefore,this study can provide a certain reference for the implementation of the national burden reduction policy in junior high school biology teaching. |
