As the "second language" of the textbook,the illustrations have been carefully drawn and repeatedly deliberated in the process of writing.It is an essential and important part of the textbook and also the most intuitive teaching resource.It not only undertakes the mission of knowledge transmission,but also contains rich educational value.Primary school Chinese teachers use textbook illustrations to organize teaching activities to stimulate students’ interest in learning and improve the educational effect.At present,there are still many deficiencies in the use of Chinese textbook illustrations of primary school Chinese textbooks compiled by the ministry,and they have not fully played the educational value of textbook illustrations,which needs to be further improved.Therefore,there is some research space for primary school Chinese teachers on how to better use textbook illustrations to carry out educational and teaching activities to realize their educational value.Based on this,this study adopts the text analysis,questionnaire survey,interview,according to the following ideas to carry out the corresponding research activities:edition of primary school Chinese textbook illustrations resource profile analysis——version of primary school Chinese textbook illustrations use status statement——version of primary school Chinese textbook illustrations use present present——version of primary school Chinese textbook illustrations use the cause analysis of primary school Chinese textbook illustrations use optimization strategy.First of all,the author sorted out the domestic and foreign literature based on the understanding of the current use of the illustrations of primary school Chinese textbooks compiled by the Ministry,further clarified the research purpose,core concepts,theoretical basis and other aspects of this research,and determined the corresponding research ideas according to the research content.Secondly,the author used the text analysis method to sort out the 12 textbooks of grade 1-6 compiled by the ministry according to the number of textbook illustrations,the characteristics of the illustrations and the educational value of the illustrations.Explore the books,each unit,each plate,the number of various types of textbook illustrations distribution rule,and discusses the textbook illustrations in color,image,content,and the textbook illustrations in students’knowledge,ability training,quality cultivation has educational value,further defined the textbook illustrations in improving students’ learning effect,cognitive level contains the rich educational value.Finally,this study from the textbook illustrations use consciousness,illustration method,illustration function implementation three dimensions compiled the primary school Chinese teachers use the status of the questionnaire and interview outline,randomly selected the Y city three primary school 127 primary school Chinese teachers implemented the questionnaire survey,and from three primary school grade 1-6 each grade randomly selected a primary school Chinese teacher,three schools,a total of 18 people about the primary school Chinese teachers use the textbook status of the interview survey as a supplementary data to the questionnaire survey.The collected data and materials were processed by SPSS and Nvivo12Plus respectively,so as to present the current situation of the textbook illustrations of primary school Chinese teachers in a complete way and from multiple angles.Through research found that the current primary school Chinese teachers in the process of education teaching,the use of textbook illustrations illustrations using weak consciousness,use a single,heavy illustrated knowledge acquisition function light literacy cultivation function,illustration of emotion and values shape function ignored,illustrations and the text content fit degree to improve five aspects.In the process of analyzing the deep reasons,found that the above insufficient reasons mainly include:teachers lack of correct illustration education idea,the use of textbook illustration initiative is poor,the use of textbook illustration organization teaching way is limited,lack of use of textbook illustration research ability,and lack of high quality textbook illustration resources.For the above primary school Chinese teachers use textbook illustrations to carry out the education teaching activities in the process of insufficient cause analysis,this study targeted put forward the teachers should set up correct illustrations educational idea,strengthen the textbook illustration use initiative,further enrich the illustrations,classrooms attaches great importance to the cultivation of teachers’ textbook illustrations use ability,teachers increase the textbook illustration resources development five aspects of optimization strategy.
