The concept of "curriculum ideology and politics" is clearly proposed in the Implementation Outline of the Quality Improvement Project of Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education in 2017 that curriculum ideology and politics should be taken as the basic goal of classroom teaching reform and curriculum education quality improvement system.In addition,in the 2022 version of the Curriculum Standards for Physical Education and Health,the core quality of the curriculum objectives clearly requires that the education of physical morality should include the cultivation of sportsmanship.Under this background,we should actively create ways and approaches to integrate the table tennis spirit into the table tennis teaching in primary schools,and promote the improvement of students’ learning and practice effect and the development of learning interest through the cultivation of table tennis spirit.Table tennis,as the national sport of our country,has a rich history of development and internal spirit.The spirit of table tennis originated from the celebration of the 1981 Beijing World Table Tennis Championships.Comrade Wan Li spoke highly of the Chinese table tennis team’s determination and courage to fight hard and bravely and their excellent performance on the court.Under the background of "curriculum ideology and politics",building high-quality education model is the key to improving the quality of education and teaching,and such high-quality development will also enable students to develop continuously,which is of great significance to the moral education value and learning effect of students.Therefore,integrating the training of table tennis spirit into the teaching process of table tennis is conducive to realizing the all-round improvement of students and meeting the needs of students’ social adaptability.It can be seen that ideological and political education has a high educational value for students,and its educational significance for students at the ideological and political level is immeasurable.At present,there are few researches on the integration of ping-pong spirit into normal teaching process through different ways.In addition,table tennis is the national sport of our country,and it is a physical education and health course actively carried out by many primary and secondary schools.However,at present,due to the reasons of teachers,venue facilities and teaching time,more conventional teaching modes and methods are used in the teaching of table tennis related technologies.However,in the school teaching,students in this situation are often unable to give full play to their subjective initiative in learning,and long-term teaching is not conducive to students’ interest in table tennis,because students can only passively and mechanically accept and practice table tennis skills.This study will focus on exploring the ideological and political elements contained in the ping-pong spirit that are suitable for primary school students to accept,and deeply combine them with the table tennis physical education in primary schools to study the role and deep influence of the cultivation of ping-pong spirit on skills and students’ learning interests.Therefore,through the teaching experiment of some students in grades 3-6 of Chengguan No.4 Primary School in Pingli County,Ankang City,Shaanxi Province,this study deeply explores and explores the integration of ping-pong spirit into table tennis teaching,and explores the ideological and political education elements in ping-pong spirit according to the characteristics of table tennis and the development process of this sport in China.Adopt suitable ways for students to effectively integrate into the table tennis classroom teaching of grade 3-6 in primary school.On this basis,it is compared with the conventional teaching mode to test whether this method can play a deep role in table tennis teaching in primary schools,showing multi-dimensional value,and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of integrating this method into table tennis teaching in primary schools for students’ skill learning and sports interest.This paper aims to explore the influence of table tennis teaching in primary schools on the teaching effect by integrating the ideological and political education elements related to table tennis spirit and to provide reference for the development of table tennis classroom teaching theory.This study mainly conducted table tennis teaching experiments on 40 students from grades 3-6 of Chengguan No.4 Primary School in Pingli County,Ankang City,Shaanxi Province through the methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics.These 40 students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,none of whom had received similar experiments or professional table tennis learning before.The students in the control group were taught according to the conventional teaching mode and concept,while the students in the experimental group were taught according to the plan to integrate the training of ping-pong spirit into the teaching.Before the experiment,the table tennis skills and sports interest of all students participating in the experiment were tested.After 10 weeks of teaching with different teaching concepts and modes,the skills and sports interest of all students were tested again to obtain relevant data.Through the analysis and comparison of the pre and post test data,the changes in skills and sports interest of students in the experimental group and the control group were observed.The following results are obtained:1.In the table tennis skill test,both the experimental group and the control group showed improvement in five skill tests.Among them,forehand attack,backhand dip,forehand 1/2 set of two points attack,flat serve four,The paired sample T-test showed that the p values of table tennis skill group in the experimental group were 0.003,0.001,0.002 and 0.003,respectively,which were all less than 0.05,showing significant differences,indicating obvious progress before and after,The p value of the test results before and after the fixed point pendulum speed group was 0.058,and there was no significant difference.2.The p values of forehand drive,backhand dip and flat serve in the control group were 0.021,0.036 and 0.047,respectively,which were all less than 0.05,showing significant differences,remarkable progress,However,the p values of point swing speed and 1/2 forehand two-point attack were 0.479 and 0.061,respectively,with no significant difference.3.The independent sample T-test was used to study the table tennis skill test of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment,The pre-test p values of forehand attack,backhand dip,1/2 forehand two-point attack,flat serve and set swing speed between the two groups were 0.849,0.944,0.867,0.782 and 0.811,respectively,which were all greater than 0.05,and were suitable for the control experiment,After the teaching experiment,the results of table tennis skill test between the experimental group and the control group showed that the p values of the four skills of forehand attack,backhand dip,forehand 1/2 two-point attack and flat serve were 0.048,0.047,0.045 and 0.037,all less than 0.05,showing a significant correlation,The p value of the experimental group and the control group was 0.501,greater than 0.05,and there was no significant correlation.Generally speaking,the skill improvement of the experimental group students was more obvious after teaching.4.In terms of interest in learning table tennis,the paired sample T-test was applied,and the four dimensions of participation,positive interest,negative interest and independent learning and the total score p value of the experimental group students were all less than 0.05,showing significant differences,and their interest in learning was effectively improved;The p value of the three dimensions of participation degree,active interest and negative interest and total score of the students in the control group before and after the experiment were all greater than 0.05,and there was no significant difference.The score of the dimension of independent learning degree decreased,and the p value less than 0.05,the degree of independent learning decreased significantly.5.Independent sample t test was used to show that the total score test of table tennis learning interest and the p values of the four dimensions of participation degree,active interest,negative interest and independent learning degree of students in the experimental group and control group were all greater than 0.05 before the experiment,so a controlled experiment could be carried out.After the teaching experiment,the p values of the experimental group and the control group were all less than 0.05 in the four dimensions of participation,positive interest,negative interest,independent learning degree and total score,showing significant differences.The cultivation of students’ interest in table tennis in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group.On this basis,a virtuous cycle was formed,which played a role in improving students’ overall performance.6.In summary,the integration of "curriculum ideology and politics" into table tennis teaching in primary schools is of positive significance to the improvement of students’ skills and learning interest.
