The high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education is a prerequisite for achieving high-quality education development,and is the primary task of building a socialist modernized country in all respects.Improving the level of rural education and achieving modernization of education is an urgent task.In the past decade,rural education in China has developed very rapidly,and the equipment conditions have already met the basic requirements.However,due to the vast territory and uneven regional development in our country,rural education is still the weakness of our development,especially in the central and western regions and remote areas where basic education is relatively weak,with a significant gap compared to the eastern region.According to preliminary research,it has been found that in some places,the existing level of teachers is not high enough,their concepts are outdated,their methods are outdated,and the quality of education cannot meet the needs of local people.There is a serious problem of the loss of excellent teachers and students.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of children receiving better education,more and more people are moving from rural areas to cities,leading to the emergence of second generation immigration trends in various regions.In response to these issues,the 14 th Five Year Plan proposes that China will achieve modernization of education,national rejuvenation,and rural revitalization by 2035.To comprehensively build a socialist modernized country and achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the most arduous and arduous task still lies in rural areas,and the most extensive and profound foundation still lies in rural areas.Without the modernization of education in rural areas,there cannot be a nationwide modernization of education.China has now achieved comprehensive poverty alleviation,but to become rich,it still depends on education.We must pay more attention to and rely on the progress of agricultural technology than ever before,and follow the path of connotative development.This article conducts a survey on teachers,accompanying children,and parents of accompanying children from three schools in three counties of Tongliao City.After conducting a questionnaire survey and analysis on 345 accompanying children’s parents and 312 accompanying children,some parents and teachers of accompanying children are interviewed and analyzed.The writing is based on the ideas of discovering problems,exploring reasons,and solving problems,Attempt to explore effective strategies to address the education issues of migrant children in Tongliao City.Firstly,a survey was conducted on the current education status of migrant workers’ accompanying children in three research schools through questionnaire surveys and interviews,summarizing the problems in the education of migrant workers’ accompanying children in the three research schools.The results show that equal educational opportunities are not guaranteed,the timeliness of moral education is not high,the main responsibility of family education is lacking,the community lacks professional guidance services for family education,and the communication ability of accompanying children is insufficient.Secondly,identify the causes of the problem.Finally,based on the actual situation,effective suggestions are proposed to address the education issues of migrant workers’ accompanying children from three research schools in Tongliao City.The study on the education of migrant children in Tongliao City is the first case in Tongliao City.This study can enable education managers and scholars from all walks of life in the Tongliao area to pay more attention to the education situation of migrant children in Tongliao City,and provide policy preferences for promoting the fair development of education for migrant children in Tongliao City and for the high-quality development of ethnic education to strengthen the awareness of the Chinese national community. |
