With the development of the economy and the continuous improvement of the social level, people's attention to education issues is increasing.Among them, the education of the children of migrant workers is one of the hot topics. With the implementation of the "two-oriented" policy, the problem of "difficulty in going to school" for migrant children has been basically solved, but how to make them "easy to go to school" is still the focus of attention. The student's academic performance is the main manifestation of the learning effect, and the junior high school stage is a critical period, which has a link between the previous and the next in the academic process. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the academic performance of the accompanying children from M Middle School in Langfang City, discover the distribution of the academic performance of the accompanying children, and the differences between the academic performance of the children and local children, and propose the optimization of the migration at the junior high school stage.Strategies for children's academic performance.Based on previous questionnaires, this study prepared questionnaires and interview outlines by itself. It took 500 junior high school students from M Middle School in Langfang City as the survey subjects, and distributed questionnaires to them and collected them.Use SPSS 22.0 to conduct statistical analysis on the collected data, and at the same time, conduct in-depth interviews with some students, parents, and teachers according to the planned interview outline to explore the problems with the junior high school performance of the children who moved with them and the reasons for the problems. The study found that among the students surveyed, the difference in the household registration of the junior high school grades is obvious;the grade and gender difference in the academic grades of the children with migrants are obvious. The main manifestations are as follows: in terms of household registration, the junior high school performance of the migrant children is slightly lower than that of the local children, and the junior high school performance of the migrant children is generally low and gradually declines with the passage of the examination time;among the children who migrate, the children who migrate The degree of dispersion in Chinese and English scores is greater than that of local children, and there are large internal differences in academic performance. The academic performance of the sampled children has significant differences in grades, and shows a trend of gradual decline in academic performance as the grade rises. The study found that the main reasons for the academic performance problems of migrant children are as follows: first, school management, teaching resources and campus culture construction are not perfect;second, the teachers ' professional ability is insufficient, they fail to adjust their teaching methods in time, and communicate less with their children living with them;third, the family cultural capital level of the children with the move is low;fourth, the children with the move have poor personal environmental adaptability, imperfect attribution methods, and poor learning habits and attitudes. In this regard, this research proposes countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the junior high school performance of the children who move with them from four aspects: school, teacher, family, and students:first, timely adjust the school management model to improve the level of education and teaching;second, improve the professional ability of teachers Adjust teaching methods and pay attention to communication with children who move with them;third, establish a correct concept of family culture and education, and create a good family atmosphere;fourth, increase the initiative and enthusiasm of children with their own learning.
