The vocational education sector is an important means of promoting our economy,social development and employment.It is also an important part of our country’s education.In vocational education development,secondary vocational education is undoubtedly the foundation.Therefore,secondary vocational education should base itself on the new era and the new development stage,and implement the new development concept of the education sector,to cultivate high-quality and high-skilled application-oriented personnel.Through the development of professional-skill student associations,we can open up a platform for students to learn professional knowledge and practice skills training,which can effectively enhance students’ professional skills,professional literacy and other capabilities.The vocational education is an important part of the nation’s education and an important way to promote economic and social development and employment.Secondary Vocational Education is undoubtedly the foundation of the development of the vocational education,and the Ministry of Education recently pointed out that after the compulsory stage,different stages of the development of vocational education and general education should be coordinated in accordance with local conditions,therefore,the secondary vocational education should be based on the new era and new development stage,carry out the new development concept of education industry,and promote the high-quality development of vocational education.This paper focuses on the all-round development of professional knowledge,practical skills and professional quality of the students in the Professional Skill Association of Secondary vocational schools.Specifically,based on pedagogical theory,this study used questionnaires and interviews with Inner Mongolia TGZ Secondary vocational school professional-skill student associations as a case study,taking the students of social organizations,the students not participating in social organizations,the instructors and the administrators as the objects of investigation and interview,the present situation and problems of the professional-skill students’ social organizations management are investigated in depth,on this basis,this paper analyzes the main reasons of the problems in the management of the association,and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the management of the professional-skilled students’ Association in Secondary vocational schools.With a view to secondary vocational schools for the orderly development of professional skills-based student associations to provide a certain basis for management and theoretical support.Based on the above-mentioned problems and the analysis of the causes,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: first,to build a high-efficient management platform in the process of community management,and to build a team of high-quality dual-teacher;The second is to add ideological and political education to the management of mass organizations,and to establish a career planning system for students,create the school’s cultural highlights.In order to promote the healthy and orderly development of professional skill-based student associations.The research contributions of this paper are mainly embodied in two aspects: at the theoretical level,enriching the academic research achievements of the professional-skill student associations at the stage of Secondary vocational education,and at the practical level,to conduct an in-depth study on the current situation and problems of the management of vocational education associations for students majoring in secondary vocational education,so as to provide some theoretical reference for the management of associations,and to seize the opportunity period of the current development of the associations,make great efforts to solve the system and mechanism problems in the development of secondary vocational education professional skill-based student associations,to achieve higher quality development,and truly achieve“Pride”.
