Problems And Measures On Community Management In Secondary Vocational School

Student association of Chengde Technician College, formed by vocational schoolstudents on the basis of shared interest，is the student organization carrying out independentlyactivities．It is all important approach and all effective way of implementing qualityeducation，all essential carrier of the college culture. It’s an effective way for students to shape,manage and serve themselves.As the socialization of moral education content anddiversification of moral education modality, students’ community activities gradually thrive invocational school. College association is playing an unprecedentedly important role ineducating and cultivating students．However, due to the short study history of students’community of secondary vocational school, the value orientation of secondary vocationalschool students tends to diversity.It puts forward new requirements to the management ofsecondary vocational school.The patterns of community management can’t play the role of theeducation and efficacy.As a result,the management of secondary vocational school communityis facing with severe challenges.How to further study the problems of management of studentcommunity,clear corporate management status,establish the suitable management patterns ofvocational school student community,the scientific management and correct guidance of thestudent community can make it healthy and develop rapidly.In this way,Student communitywill play a proper role.This has become an important task to educators under the new situation.Meanwhile，since the shortage of education history of student association, value orientation ofvocational school students tends to diversity, if we still manage the student association in thetraditional mode，it will be difficult to bring into full play the students’ organizations role ofeducating and cultivating．Therefore，management of vocational school student associations isfaced with troublesome problems and severe challenges．Namely，how to conduct a in—depthstudy on problems existing in student association management，clarify status quo of studentassociation management，so as to explore and then establish a new mode of vocational schoolstudent association management in the new era, guide and manage the student association in amore scientific and effective manner, and perform a more positive role in the nurturingstudents in a round way．All above have become important issues of ideological and political education under the new circumstances．The present thesis firstly makes a literature review Oil history and status quo of thestudent association both at home and abroad，focusing on the Connotation and characteristicsof the Student association of vocational school, including the concept of studentassociations, the Characteristics and training objectives of vocational school, StudentCharacteristics of vocational school, the Management significance of Student association, aimat discussing the main value and lay the foundation.Secondly, With the examples of chengdetechnician college, the author made a empirical research of the school communitymanagement, with methods of literature research, observation, questionnaire survey,experience summarizing. Chengde Technician College has been actively exploring methodsof student community management, paying attention to the community construction,strengthening the management and guidance, and therefore has made some achievement.However, some problems appeared. Through the analysis of problems existing in themanagement level and difficulties, the author has been thinking about the ways and methodsto solve these problems, and in the end has made clear of the development of students’community management direction.Thirdly, according to the education of vocational schooland students’ characteristics, the author made a practice research and approach explore basedon the real management of Chengde Technician College. The content includes to realize thespecification of management by building the management system, to explore the new methodof management by studying the theory, to expand the areas of community activities by theguidance of Category Settings, to strengthen the guidance by the foundation of tutor system,to brand the community by features, to build a scientific evaluation system by high quality, toreflect the incentive strategy by the description of practice results.The present thesis aims at exploring the methods of scientific management of students’community of vocational school, since the student community should play an educational roleand get healthy development.
