Under the guidance of giving priority to the development of ethnic education policies,Chinese teaching in primary andsecondary schools in ethnic minority areas has made great progress,especially under the background of popularizing thenational common language and characters and the use of national unified textbooks.which has set off an upsurge of speaking Mandarin and writing standardized Chinese characters.Since the autumn of2020,the lnner Mongolia Autonomous Region has fully implemented the unified textbooks of morality and the rule of law Chinese and history.The Chinese textbook has changed from the original Chinesetextbook to the unified chinese textbook.Because Mongolian teachers and students have not used unified textbooks for a long time and are in a state of exploration.While the writing teaching of Mongolian junior high schools in Tongliao Cityhas been improved,they have encountered difficulties in writing teaching practice.They are faced with problems that need to be solved urgently.To solve the problems it is necessary to study the writingThis paper is guided by Ye Shengtao’s writing teaching theory andconstructivism theory and takes theteachers and students of two Mongolian junior high schools in Tongliao City Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the survey objects.Through three survey methods such as questionnaire survey interview method and classroom observation,it explores the problems and attributions of Mongolian junior high school writing teaching in Tonglia.After investigation and research it was found that the main problems in the writing teaching of Mongolian junior high school in Tongliao City are that students have low interest in writing weak writing foundation lack of writing methods and lack of reading accumulation.The main problems at the teacher level are the lack of teaching theory outdated teaching methods and writing evaluation machinery.The causes of these problems can be summarized into the following six aspects: lack of language acquisition environment,students’ lack of interest in writing insufficient accumulation of writing materials neglect of writing method guidance weak awareness of writing evaluation and weak professional foundation of teachers.In order to solve the problems of writing teaching in Mongolian junior high school in Tongliao City this paper takes effective measures to stimulate interest in writing pays attention to material accumulation and consolidates the foundation of writing;strengthens composition guidance strengthens writing methods: builds ascientific evaluation mechanism;innovates teaching concepts and improves teachers’ literacy.Slightly.Finally take learn to remember as an example carry out writing teaching design,and carry out teaching design reflection,in order to provide reference for solving the writing teaching problems of Mongolian junior high schools in Tongliao City,and improving teachers’ writing teaching ability and students’ writing level.
