The issue of educational discipline is a hot topic of common concern in the field of education and the whole society.With the popularization of national legal knowledge and the enhancement of democratic awareness and the concept of human rights,the implementation of education punishment has attracted the attention of all walks of life.Although many schools and teachers can realize the importance of educational discipline in education and teaching activities,they are full of misgivings in the implementation of educational discipline and dare not easily implement educational discipline on students,resulting in many difficulties in the implementation of educational discipline.By using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire,case study and interview,this paper takes 456 students and 51 in-service teachers from G High School in K Banner as the research objects,and conducts an investigation and research around the cognition of education punishment,the principles of education punishment,the difficulties in the implementation of education punishment,and the solutions to the problems of education punishment.The author attempts to explore the current situation of the implementation of education punishment in G High School,To reveal the difficulties faced by educational discipline in the process of practice and the reasons for its formation,and then propose strategies to solve the difficulties in the implementation of educational discipline.The survey results indicate that the main difficulties in implementing educational punishment in K Qi G Middle School are: firstly,excessive emphasis on happiness education and appreciation education leads to the neglect of punishment education;Secondly,there is a lack of clear regulations and standardized systems for "degree" in educational punishment;Thirdly,schools and teachers have a unclear understanding of the concept,nature,and value of educational discipline;Fourthly,excessive attention from the media and other social media to educational punishment leads to insufficient disciplinary space;Fifth,the low level of education and teaching in K Flag G Middle School affects the effectiveness of educational punishment implementation;The implementation of educational punishment is hindered by the unsatisfactory family education.In response to the dilemma of punishment in G high school education,the countermeasures provided in this study are: firstly,teachers should construct an educational concept of both reward and punishment;Secondly,implement educational punishment for students in accordance with the law and regulations;Thirdly,teachers should establish a scientific view of educational punishment;Fourthly,the media and other public opinion should create a good educational and disciplinary environment;Fifth,K Flag G Middle School should develop with high quality to increase the trust of students and parents in the school;Sixth,families should shoulder their educational responsibilities.
