Physics is a natural science based on experiments.In the context of the development of educational informatization,in order to promote the deep integration of educational informatization and physics experimental teaching,actively explore various ways that are conducive to students’ learning,and mobilize students’ enthusiasm for learning physics,we have conducted research on the assistance of Phyphox software in middle school physics experiments.At the same time,with the arrival of the post pandemic era,students and teachers sometimes need to attend classes through the internet.Many physics experiments cannot be conducted at home due to equipment,so teachers and students need to work together to deeply explore conducting physics experiments at home.This study introduces the basic usage methods of Phyhox and proposes the basic requirements for assisting high school physics experiments with Phyhox: obvious experimental phenomena,simple experimental operations,and inspiring students to think.By using Phyhox software to assist high school physics experiments,students’ understanding and mastery of physical concepts and laws will be deepened.At the same time,the principles to be followed when using Phyphox to assist high school physics experiments were introduced.I used case analysis,questionnaire survey,and interview methods to conduct research on the assistance of Phyphox software in middle school physics experiments.In the paper,three teaching practices were conducted using Phyphox to assist high school physics experiments.In “Overweight and Weightlessness”,Phyphox was used for experiments to break through difficulties and make it easier for students to understand the acceleration changes during overweight and weightlessness;In“centripetal acceleration”,the experiment was designed using Phyphox,whose experimental phenomenon is obvious,which can help students master the expression of centripetal acceleration faster;In “Measuring Liquid Density”,an experiment was designed to measure liquid density using Phyphox to help students build a knowledge framework.At the same time,a questionnaire survey and interviews were conducted at the internship school,and combined with teaching practice,the advantages of Phyphox assisted high school physics experiments were analyzed: stimulating learning interest and improving learning motivation;The experimental phenomenon is obvious and the experimental data is accurate;Promote students’ thinking and cultivate innovative thinking;Expand experimental resources and promote home experiments;Use your phone reasonably and cultivate good habits.Summarize the shortcomings of Phyphox software,and finally hope that it can be better applied and promoted in middle school physics experiments. |
