Compared with the traditional Chinese classroom teaching mode of junior middle school,unit holistic teaching pays more attention to the "integrity" of the articles within the unit,which has a certain significance for improving the overall knowledge structure and core Chinese quality of students.With the introduction of the concept of learning task groups into Chinese teaching in junior middle school in the Chinese Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition),thematic unit teaching has gradually attracted attention.This research is rooted in the current situation of Chinese reading teaching in junior high school,and studies the problems in the teaching of Chinese reading in junior high school.He feels guilty about the necessity of implementing thematic unit teaching as a whole in junior high school,and provides certain references for the design of thematic unit teaching.Exploring the thematic unit teaching of Chinese in junior middle school involves the following three problems,namely "the characteristics of thematic unit and textbook analysis";"The current situation of Chinese unit teaching in junior middle School and its Causes";"Specific Strategies for instructional design of thematic units".Centering on the above three problems,this paper is divided into the following four parts:The introduction part is the research background,research significance,definition of related concepts involved,research status,theoretical basis and research design.The first chapter analyzes the thematic unit teaching from the characteristics of the thematic unit,the arrangement of the textbook and the textbook analysis of the thematic unit "Glorious History",the main lesson study object of this research.The second chapter mainly adopts the research method of questionnaire survey,analyzes the main teaching methods and main teaching methods of teachers in class according to the questionnaire of students,and concludes the existing problems in the teaching of Chinese reading in junior high school.Based on the results and related research,it proposes the necessity of implementing the theme-based unit teaching in junior high school.The third chapter combines the above analysis and the unit characteristics of "Glorious History" unit to analyze the design principles of unit theme teaching,appropriate teaching methods and applicable main strategies in the teaching process,and displays the teaching design cases according to specific items.
