In the long history,with the changes of times and cultural precipitation,traditional Chinese clothing has long surpassed its primary functions as covering,resisting the cold,and decorating,becoming a visual and symbolic image carrier that embodies sentiment,enriches life,pursues elegance,and has rich connotations.It carries the characteristics of the times,aesthetic concepts,national thoughts,institutional etiquette,and cultural representations,and is an important component of traditional Chinese culture,It is highly compatible with the instrumental and humanistic characteristics of Chinese language and has rich educational value.Not only is it beneficial to enrich teaching content,enhance aesthetic creation,and develop practical abilities,but also it is beneficial to enhance cultural identity,cultivate students’ awareness of the Chinese national community,and enhance ideological and cultural cultivation.For this reason,this topic selected a junior high school in Z City,and conducted a relatively in-depth survey of the current situation of Chinese traditional clothing culture teaching in junior high schools,using questionnaires and interviews with students and teachers.The results show that there are some problems in the current teaching of Chinese traditional clothing culture in junior high schools,such as marginal teaching objectives,scattered teaching content,limited teaching resources,single teaching methods,and lack of teaching literacy.In this regard,we should adhere to the problem oriented approach and comprehensively improve the overall goal,basic principles,and implementation path of traditional clothing culture teaching.In terms of the overall goal,it is necessary to further highlight the educational value of Chinese teaching,comprehensively enhance students’ cultural self-confidence,and form an open and dynamic classroom;In terms of basic principles,it is necessary to further highlight the principles of scientificity,humanism,problematicity,autonomy,and creativity;In terms of implementation path,it is necessary to further follow educational laws,explore connotation values,enrich teaching forms,create learning situations,and strengthen teacher training to comprehensively plan learning arrangements,comb traditional clothing cultural resources,display the charm of traditional clothing culture,enhance the effectiveness of traditional clothing culture teaching,enhance the professional quality of junior high school Chinese teachers,and comprehensively promote the effectiveness of traditional Chinese clothing culture teaching,Inherit excellent traditional culture and promote the comprehensive development of students.
