| The transfer of rural surplus labor force to cities and towns forms the employment group of migrant workers with Chinese characteristics.In 2019,the total number of migrant workers reached 291 million,which is still increasing.The total number of migrant workers in the whole year is increasing by 0.8%;the proportion of the new generation of migrant workers is more than half for the first time since 2017,becoming the main body of migrant workers.In 2019,the total number has reached 174.25 million,accounting for 51%,and still growing by 0.9%.As an embodiment of employment flexibility,migrant workers' employment in cities is related to economic and social construction.Ignoring the flexibility of stability is not conducive to economic development and social stability.According to the survey of the research group of the National Federation of trade unions,the relevant indicators of the new generation of migrant workers for the purpose of employment are 2.9 times of the original data,but only 54% of the original indicators are used to measure the stability of their work;similar statements are also made in China's human resources development report 2017.At present,the stability of employment in China's overall labor market is not strong.With the advent of the new era,the new employment opportunities presented by the sharing era in the development of Internet technology make employment take on a new form.Although scholars have done a lot of research on the employment of migrant workers,in the new era,it is still necessary to study the employment stability of the new generation of migrant workers through new data.It is necessary to analyze the influencing factors of stable employment,so as to be flexible in the new industry The monitoring of industry and the introduction of macro policies to stabilize employment play a guiding role.The employment environment faced by the new generation of migrant workers has uncertain factors,so it is necessary to ensure appropriate flexibility,at the same time,it is necessary to ensure a certain stability,to achieve the balance between the two,so as to promote the scientific of personnel mobility activities for the purpose of employment.This paper uses a variety of methods such as social investigation and statistical analysis,and comprehensively explores the current situation and relevant conditions of employment stability of this group from the aspects of society,enterprises,personnel resources,individual workers,etc.With the help of the receipt of the real data,this paper explores the relationship between gender,age,education level,social work experience and other factors on the employment stability of the group,and considers that the relationship is obvious.The relevant results show that the employment stability of male labor force is generally higher than that of female labor force;the more satisfied with the income,the better the work experience,the higher the social trust,the higher the employment stability;however,the empirical conclusion of this paper shows that the two factors of age and the level of education have the opposite change trend with the employment stability of this group,that is,the employment stability of the new generation of "post-90s" migrant workers is low;the higher education The employment of the new generation of migrant workers is generally more stable than the low level of education;at the same time,the employment fluctuation of migrant workers experienced by trade unions is higher.Combined with the above conclusions,and considering the factors that fail to pass the significance test,this paper puts forward more targeted policy recommendations: pay attention to the employment environment;improve the accumulation of human capital(strengthen skills training;improve the overall education level in rural areas);strengthen the functions of trade unions. |
