| Language is the shell of thinking,and the process of thinking depends on language.The development of language not only promotes the development of students’ thinking,but also promotes the development of students’ non intellectual factors.In the 2022 edition of the Mathematics Curriculum Standard in the compulsory education stage,"being able to express the real world in mathematical language" appears as one of the core mathematical literacy connotations of primary and secondary schools.It can be seen that mathematical language has been paid attention to by domestic scholars.At the same time,the teaching concept of "learning as the center and quality as the foundation" in junior high school and the needs of junior high school students for geometry learning urge teachers to think about how to better carry out geometry teaching and achieve the goal of education.Based on the above thinking,this paper attempts to take the training of geometric language expression ability as a breakthrough to overcome the cognitive barriers of junior high school students in geometry learning and improve the core quality that junior high school students should have in geometry learning.This research takes the students from the first day to the fourth day of a middle school as the research object.Through classroom observation of oral and written expressions and questionnaires,it is found that junior high school students’ geometric language expression mainly has the following problems: students want to express but lack courage;The logic of geometric expression needs to be improved;Problem solving without thinking is the most serious.It also summarizes that the cognitive barriers of geometry learning caused by geometry expression problems are: emotional cognitive barriers,understanding cognitive barriers and method cognitive barriers.Based on the solution of the three obstacles,this paper puts forward the training strategies of geometric language expression ability:(1)encourage and promote internal drive,and cultivate students’ self-confident expression ability;(2)Cooperate to create atmosphere and encourage students to express themselves actively;(3)Interactive assistant solution to improve the expression of geometric concepts;(4)Translation promotes improvement and strengthens the expression of geometric theorems;(5)Look at the picture and say the meaning of the question to enhance the expression of geometric figures;(6)Break through the theory of cis and inverse,and improve the expressive force of geometric methods.Based on the above strategies,this research reconstructs and implements the teaching design of the geometry content of the second day of the junior high school,"Judgment Theorem of Parallel Lines".Finally,the effect of teaching design and training strategy was tested.Teachers agreed that the implementation effect was good,which could greatly improve the students’ geometric language expression ability,and thus improve their geometric learning ability. |
