| A country prospers when education is strong,and a country is strong when education is strong.In view of the commercialization of the current education market,the complexity of the education environment and the fierce competition in education,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and The General Office of the State Council jointly issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Homework Burden and Off-campus Training Burden of students in Compulsory Education on July 24,2021(referred to as the "double reduction" policy).It aims to reduce students’ learning burden and parents’ educational anxiety.The research shows that the educational anxiety of middle class families is more prominent.As the main force of the society,the middle class has a certain economic foundation,higher social status and cultural level,and is the beneficiary of cultural capital.Therefore,middle class parents pay special attention to their children’s study.The effectiveness of the "double reduction" policy is closely related to parents’ understanding and support.Therefore,it is necessary to understand the current situation and causes of middle class families’ educational anxiety under the background of "double reduction",so as to ensure the effectiveness of the policy.Therefore,this study adopts observation method and interview method to deeply study the status quo,influence and causes of middle class family educational anxiety under the background of "double reduction",and based on this,puts forward the feasible path to resolve anxiety.It is found that the current situation of educational anxiety of middle class families under the background of "double reduction" policy can be characterized by two aspects: emotional representation and behavioral representation.The emotional representation mainly focuses on the analysis of college opportunity anxiety,academic performance anxiety,physical and mental health anxiety and class transmission anxiety.Behavioral characterization mainly includes adherence to extracurricular training and planning,strengthening job guidance and supervision,increasing companionship and participation in growth.Based on Coleman’s rational choice theory and Rosa’s social acceleration theory,the author analyzes the causes of educational anxiety from micro,meso and macro levels: the micro level includes the actors’ resources and information and their interest pursuit;the meso level analyzes the new alienation of education caused by the acceleration of contemporary society;the macro level discusses the constraints of social rules.Among them,the resources and information of micro actors include four dimensions: economy,society,culture and time and energy capital.The interest pursuit of actors includes two dimensions: direct interest pursuit and indirect interest pursuit.At the middle level,the new alienation of education caused by social acceleration can be divided into three dimensions: the influence of technological progress on educational mentality,the acceleration of social change and the increase of educational input,and the acceleration of life pace and the distortion of educational competition.At the macro level,the restriction of social rules includes three dimensions: education system,education concept and social norms.According to the status quo and causes of middle class family education anxiety,this paper puts forward the feasible ways to relieve middle class family education anxiety from micro,meso and macro levels.From the micro level of actors,actors need to lower educational expectations,moderate and effective release constraints;Pay attention to family education,return to personality training;Starting from the middle school level,schools should not only publicize family cultivation and provide relevant guidance,but also enhance home-school cooperation and promote home-school collaboration.From the macro level of social rules,the national level needs to purify the education environment,regulate the market order;The social level needs to play a role as a medium to convey educational ideas. |
