Interpersonal communication is the means to realize and develop all kinds of social relations.Good interpersonal communication is not only a necessary prerequisite for the healthy growth and happy life of children in difficult families, but also plays an important role in the socialization of children in difficult families.Due to the disability, serious illness, divorce or death of one or both parents of children from difficult families, there is a lack of effective guidance in interpersonal communication, leading to certain problems in interpersonal communication.During my internship in Z Institution,Panyu District,Guangzhou, the author participated in the social work protection and security project for minors, and mainly took charge of children from poor families.During the field visits, the author found that children from poor families had prominent problems in interpersonal communication. On this basis, this study takes the KL community in Panyu District as an example, and uses the group work method to give full play to the advantages of group social work. The ecosystem theory is used to analyze the interpersonal communication of children from troubled families from micro, meso and macro levels. The environment in which children from troubled families live will also affect their interpersonal skills.During the selection of team members, group activities were designed according to different environments and interpersonal needs of children from families in difficulties, with the purpose of improving their interpersonal skills. The activities were planned and designed around setting up correct self-cognition,strengthening the initiative of interpersonal communication, and improving the ability of language expression and communication. The whole practical process is based on the perspective of ecosystem theory, and group activities are carried out from three dimensions: individual level, family level and community level. After the group activity, the data measured before and after the interpersonal skills scale and the satisfaction survey were analyzed, and then the group was evaluated. The author summarizes and reflects on the whole practice process.Through the analysis of the data before and after the scale,it can be seen that the interpersonal skills of children from difficult families have been improved to a certain extent, which helps children from difficult families to establish correct self-cognition,improve the initiative of interpersonal communication, and improve the ability of language expression and communication.Macro-level problem analysis and practical intervention have certain limitations, although there are shortcomings, but the overall practical results are satisfactory. This study hopes to provide some reference value for the research in the field of interpersonal skills of children from difficult families. For the existing limitations and deficiencies, social workers need to further supplement and improve.
