Research On The Inheritance Of Beipai Miao Lusheng Culture Through The Intervention Of Ethnic Social Wor

Culture is the soul of a country and a nation.Inheriting excellent ethnic culture can promote ethnic culture exchanges and integration,maintain cultural diversity,and promote the prosperity of socialist culture.Huaxi Gaopo Miao Township in Guiyang is the main habitation of Beipai Miao with abundant ethnic cultural resources.Nevertheless,the modernization and the integrated development of multiculture have brought great changes in lifestyles of Beipai Miao people.Especially,Lusheng culture is suffering serious impact,such as cultural inheritance fault,lack of cultural inheritance consciousness,motivation,and inheritors,which resulted in great challenges of Lusheng cultural inheritance.Moreover,it is not conducive to the cultural diversity of the Chinese nation and the prosperity and development of the national causes.Under the guidance of Ecological Systems Theory and Strengths Perspective,a series of studies on the Lusheng culture inheritance have been conducted by using ethnic social work.After literature analysis,the author has been rooted in the P village of Gaopo Miao Township for a long time,and collected data by using interview and observation methods to explore the localization significance of Lusheng culture and the difficulties faced in the process of inheritance,and then evaluated the localization needs of Lusheng culture inheritance from the micro,meso and macro levels.Following the localization of Lusheng culture,the orientation of inheritance needs,and the criterion of value,six case services focusing on Lusheng culture inheritors,six group activities focusing on Lusheng culture transmission for Beipai Miao children,and four times of community work focusing on Lusheng culture inheritance were carried out in the whole practical process of ethnic social work intervention,and continuous evaluation,summary and reflection were also carried out.Through practical research,it has been shown that the service objects have improved in the aspects of Lusheng culture inheritance consciousness,confidence,and motivation in differ degree,and that it is feasible and effective for ethnic social work to intervene in the inheritance of excellent ethnic culture.However,in the practical process of practice,the continuity of service time should be fully considered.Meanwhile,the linkage of various systems should be maximized,and the professional competence,cultural competence,and the ability of optimizing and integrating resources should be guaranteed in the process of service.
