| In recent years,the situation of "garbage siege" has become increasingly severe.As one of the numerous environmental problems that cannot be ignored,it not only worsens people’s living environment,but more importantly,has had a serious negative impact on people’s sense of happiness and community participation.The 14 th Five Year Plan mentions that communities should innovate their development concepts,fully mobilize social forces such as group organizations,social organizations,social workers,volunteers,etc.,improve the mechanism of mutual assistance services for residents,and guide residents to widely participate in community services.In this context,many scholars and practitioners have conducted in-depth research on the two main themes of enhancing residents’ participation and promoting garbage classification,actively exploring practical experience,and exploring the integration path between the two.Scholars from all walks of life have conducted research from the perspectives of social policy,law,psychology,economics,and other different disciplines,deeply analyzing the influencing factors of residents’ participation in the process of garbage classification,and exploring diverse and operational response plans and ideas,providing valuable reference results for the promotion of garbage classification work.However,some scholars have begun to notice that intervention in household waste classification solely from policy and legal perspectives is not thorough enough,and residents’ participation lacks sustainability.The factors that affect residents’ participation in community waste classification are becoming increasingly complex,and more comprehensive and effective ways to enhance residents’ participation in waste classification still need to be explored.This article takes the D community of the waste classification pilot project in Nanning City as a practical case study to explore the advantages and paths of social work in enhancing residents’ ability to participate in community affairs.On the basis of fully reviewing information and understanding the experience of other places,the author uses traditional research methods to evaluate the status of community garbage classification,deeply analyzes the influencing factors and needs of residents participating in garbage classification,and enhances residents’ awareness and ability of garbage classification through community social work services,enhancing community cohesion.In specific services,social workers choose to use the regional development model as the theoretical guidance based on the baseline assessment,enhance interaction and communication among community residents through activities,and strengthen residents’ self-help and mutual assistance.At the same time,using the work skills of the regional development model to enhance residents’ sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for participating in garbage classification affairs,strengthening the ability of community participation in activities,and cultivating community volunteer teams and autonomous organizations for self-management,promoting sustainable development of community participation.The service activities have verified the vitality and applicability of the classic social work theory of regional development model in garbage classification services,promoting the localization development of regional development models.Social work has also fully utilized its professional advantages in the practical process,adhering to the theoretical guidance of regional development models,and promoting the integration of practice and theory.While guiding residents to solve the common problem of community waste classification,their confidence and enthusiasm in participating in community affairs have also been significantly enhanced.Of course,social work also pays attention to reflection in its services,summarizing the shortcomings of the regional development model in enhancing the participation ability of urban residents in garbage classification.Specifically,there are three points: first,the limitations of the problems that the regional development model can solve;second,the difficulty in reconciling the interests of different groups within the community;third,the waste of some resources and time,and based on reflection,further optimization suggestions have been proposed,For future relevant practices... |
