Social Work Practice Rresearch On The Improvement Of Residents' Ability To Participate In Community Governance

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee is of milestone significance to the innovation of social governance.As an important place for residents' life,community can be called the "last kilometer" of urban governance,and it is an indispensable platform for social governance.According to the relevant survey results,at present,there is still a problem that community residents cannot participate in community governance effectively due to their lack of participation ability.Therefore,in the process of tackling the "last mile" of community governance,it is particularly critical to enhance the ability of residents to participate.The purpose of social work is to relieve the difficulties,increase the power and empower the residents.Faced with the problem of insufficient participation ability of residents in the process of community governance,social work can effectively solve it with its own professional ideas and methods,improve their ability to participate in community governance,and guide the residents to participate in community governance,so as to jointly build a better community and improve the capital stock of society.At present,X City responds to the call of the policy and promotes the governance of the old community and improves the living quality of residents by purchasing public venture capital project services.Taking the old community--B as an example,this study,under the guidance of empowerment theory and based on the regional development model,analyzes the reasons for the inadequacy of residents' ability to participate in community governance in the process of community governance,and designs targeted schemes to guide residents to participate in community governance and improve their ability.It mainly relies on the regional development model in three stages: publicity and coordination in the early stage,implementation in the middle stage,and practice consolidation in the late stage.In the early stage of publicity and coordination,we focus on the publicity and integration of the original resources of the community and the mobilization of the existing backbone of the community.Mid-term implementation stage to community We Chat group "spelling of" event for the introduction,"wake up" residents participation,to unit length election has triggered residents participation,with links to related resources,draw the map of "community",the development of community education,invited experts,and training methods such as expansion of residents' knowledge reserves,promote improvement skills to help people build the platform,Broadening the channels for residents to participate;In the later practice consolidation stage,the aim is to strengthen and improve residents' ability to participate in community governance in practice,which mainly includes: Residents of autonomous parking demand,put forward civilization residents spontaneously formed civilization parking panel,field found the problem and integrate related resources,all parties to carry out the civilization parking renovation work,residents to participate in productive process of five layers of progressive,it's residents autonomous intellectual skills,participation in community governance ability promote the best.In the whole process,social workers play the role of resource link,organizer and guide,pay attention to stimulate residents' awareness of participating in community governance,improve their participation skills,help residents to expand the channels of participation,etc.,improve residents' ability to participate in community governance,and promote community governance and sharing.Finally,it evaluates,summarizes and reflects on the practical process,and gives corresponding suggestions,in order to explore new ideas and new methods of urban community governance,and provide positive learning and reference significance for urban community governance in China,so as to further promote the continuous innovation of urban community governance in China.
