| With the rapid development of contemporary society and the increasing competition,the society has higher and higher requirements for academic qualifications,and education has increasingly become the focus of attention.In 2021,the new college entrance examination reform in Guangxi adopted the "3+1+2" mode.Because the majors in universities are generally oriented to science,most students will choose to study physics,but physics is a subject with strong logic,many concepts,complex formulas and great learning difficulty.Therefore,in order to learn physics well,many students spend a lot of time and energy,but their grades are still not ideal and their learning is frustrated,For a long time,students will attribute the unsatisfactory results to their own ability problems and think that they are not suitable for learning physics,which will lead to the decline of students’ interest in learning and the increase of learning pressure,so that students are in a negative learning state,resulting in learning weariness and even affect their physical and mental health.Some data show that high school students have great learning pressure,mostly from exams and entering higher education,and the probability of teenagers suffering from depression increases with age.The essence of positive psychology is to study people’s development potential and virtue,emphasizing the excavation of various positive forces and qualities that people have.The research task of positive psychology is very consistent with the goal of education.Therefore,the author tries to integrate positive psychology into high school physics classroom teaching,increase students’ positive emotional experience and cultivate students’ positive personality in the teaching process,so as to reduce students’ pressure on learning physics,stimulate students’ interest in learning,improve physics learning ability and achievement,and make students better adapt to the development of society and the times and become useful people to the society.Based on the reform of college entrance examination and the new ideas and new requirements,and the theory of positive psychology,this research is started from the analysis of the current situation of high school physics classroom teaching and students’ physics learning,and through the combination of psychology and physics teaching,suggests that we should pay attention to entertaining in teaching,create a relaxed classroom atmosphere,increase students’ positive emotional experience,cultivate students’ good habits through teaching,promote positive attribution of success or failure,and cultivate students’ positive personality.And it is necessary to focus on positive evaluation in teaching and build a harmonious teacher-student relationship,so as to improve positive education.This paper adopts the research methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,classroom observation and statistical analysis,selects two classes to practice and analyze.According to the problems that exist in high school physics classrooms,combined with positive psychology,this article puts forward the strategy for practicing,such as adopting many kinds of teaching methods,focusing on interacting with students in class,motivating students’ learning interests,changing the way for Imparting knowledge,so as to improve students’ positive emotional experiences.Using the ways of cultivating students’ habits of previewing and studying by themselves and their positive mental state can help them form a positive personality.Promoting positive education by constructing harmonious teacher-student relationship through teachers’ positive evaluation of diversity.According to the results of the questionnaire survey,the integration of positive psychology into teaching is beneficial to reduce students’ learning psychological pressure,improve students’ learning interest,cultivate students’ good learning habits,help students form a positive personality,and effectively improve students’ physics performance. |
