At present, the students in high school are heavily burdened with their studies. As a result, it is impossible for the majority of them to learn happily and easily. In fact, they are tired with their studies in physics. However, those who are not good at physics wrongly consider themselves stupid or unsuitable for them to learn.That is why some get bored with it. Here I am trying to work out the solutions with the help of positive emotion in positive psychology so as to relieve their stress efficiently , promote their interests in physics as well as their abilities and grades. As a result , they may get accustomed to the future society and keep up with the pace of the development of the times.The study is based on the theories of reform of the teaching materials, aided with the latest findings of positive psychology and modern physics. By studying the current situation of the physics teaching in senior high, we are put forward some functions and requirements to inspire the students'attitudes.We think it is a good way to promote the development of study efficiency and the ability of cognizance ,to help develop the both mentally and physically and to feel the happiness of their research in the process of the organizing teaching activities among teachers and students by encouraging and inspiring them in an incentive strategy so as to create a positive atmosphere while carrying out the teaching tasks or assessing them. The experiment is carried out in two classes of arts and science to prove the efficiency the strategy. It's a good way to relieve the pressure and burdens to promote students'satisfaction .
