| Among the components of tourism,the catering industry has an important position and has become a barometer reflecting the level of tourism development.Under the impetus of experience economy,food and beverage consumption gradually turns to spiritual consumption,and tourists pay more attention to spiritual enjoyment when consuming,while the traditional food and beverage service can no longer adapt to the personalized demand of society.The tourism service majors in secondary vocational schools(hereinafter referred to as secondary vocational)should take the initiative to align with the demand standards of the catering industry and choose teaching methods that are more suitable for the needs of the times,and the SCS creator teaching method has the characteristics of strong operability and helps cultivate students’ innovation ability.Based on the background that the country pays more and more attention to the reform of vocational education and the catering industry lacks high-quality innovative talents,we review the domestic and foreign researches on SCS creator teaching method,teaching design and practice,and clarify the concepts of creator education and SCS creator teaching method on this basis,and on the basis of analyzing the orientation and characteristics of the course of "Catering Service and Management",we use questionnaires and in-depth interviews to investigate the teaching status of the middle-level "Catering Service and Management" course.Based on the analysis of the orientation and characteristics of the course "Catering Service and Management",we investigate,analyze and summarize the teaching status of the course "Catering Service and Management" in the secondary level using questionnaires and in-depth interviews.Using constructivism theory,"learning by doing" theory and creativity education theory as the theoretical guiding ideology,the teaching design of the middle-level "Catering Service and Management" course is combined with SCS creativity teaching method,and the teaching design principles,teaching design elements and course activity design are elaborated.The chapter of "Chinese Banquet Service" in the textbook of "Catering Service and Management" was selected for specific teaching implementation,and the teaching effect was analyzed after the teaching implementation.The results of the study show that the use of SCS in the middle-level "Catering Service and Management" course is conducive to enhancing students’ interest and motivation in learning;combining theory and practice to achieve teaching objectives;realizing teaching and learning together to promote the common development of teachers and students;and helping the "Catering Service and Management" course to realize its value.At the same time,the following suggestions are made to enable the lecturers to better use SCS Creative Teaching Method: actively learn the knowledge of SCS Creative Teaching Method;enhance the teaching design ability of SCS Creative Teaching Method;optimize the teaching implementation process of SCS Creative Teaching Method. |
