| In 2019,the State Council issued the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan,emphasizing the difference between vocational education and general education,vocational education is competency-oriented,cultivates students’ professional ethics and vocational skills,and allows students to acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills.In this context,secondary vocational education began to actively explore the direction of professional curriculum reform,and the majority of education scholars had heated discussions on vocational education reform,how to improve students’ participation and how to enable students to learn to learn became an important issue in educational reform.Secondary vocational "Food Service and Management" is the core course of the secondary vocational tourism service and management major,integrating theory and practice,and there are problems such as teaching tradition,high teaching pressure of teachers,low student participation,and uneven learning ability in the practical training classroom,while peer mutual learning can assist each other in learning on an equal footing,which is conducive to improving each other’s learning enthusiasm and participation,thereby improving the teaching effect.In this paper,peer-to-peer learning in the “ Food and beverage service and management” training course design for the goal.By using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire,interview and action research,the students and teachers of tourism major were investigated,on the basis of understanding the teaching status quo of the training course of food and beverage service and management,the paper finds out the compatibility of the training course and peer-assisted learning,under the guidance of social learning theory,cooperative learning theory and learning pyramid theory,this paper designs the teaching scheme of peer-assisted learning of food service and management.Taking the“Napkin folding flower” as a typical case,two tourism classes of the same level in the second year of Senior High School were chosen as experimental classes and control classes to carry out practical teaching,the implementation of peer-to-peer learning in the practice of teaching practice in the classroom.The results show that the current teaching methods do not fit the characteristics of the training class,and the teaching methods need to be adjusted.It is feasible to apply peer-assisted learning in the training course of food and beverage service and management Is conducive to cultivating the spirit of cooperation among students.In this paper,through the“Catering Service and management” in the training course to carry out peer-to-peer learning,tourism professional training for the optimization of reference suggestions,efforts to explore new ways,further for the professional training to provide more practical paths for the training of high-skilled and high-quality tourism personnel to make efforts. |
