Secondary colleges and universities are an important part of China’s high school education,the main site for training professional and skilled talents,an important foundation for promoting China’s economic and social development,and play an important role in the development of China’s economy and education that cannot be ignored.However,most secondary colleges and universities,in order to improve the employment rate and the rate of advancement,take the improvement of students’ practical skills as the focus of teaching,and to a certain extent neglect the cultivation of students’ ideological consciousness and intellectual ability,coupled with the lack of supervision of secondary students in the process of online learning,the difficulty of testing the quality of interaction,and the lack of close connection between before,d uring and after class,which is fundamentally hindering the classroom teaching in secondary colleges and universities The development level of quality.In recent years,with the continuous development of information technology and the progress of national education,the state advocates the application of information technology in the field of education in order to further ensure the quality of teaching and learning,which has led to the emergence of the teaching form of "platform + education".In order to respond to the national call,further implement the national policy and improve the level of information technology teaching,secondary schools have gradually introduced the teaching form of"platform + education" in their institutions.The online check-in,homework/group task,voting questionnaire,brainstorming,light live/discussion,test and other functions in the Blue Ink Cloud Classroom Platform can make up for the theoretical and practical characteristics of professional courses in secondary colleges and universities,which can effectively solve the many restrictions brought by time and space and realize the purpose of allowing students to"bring their cell phones into the classroom"."It is favored by teachers of tourism service in secondary schools.As the course of "Catering Service and Management" is a theoretical and practical course,which is also the core course of tourism service majors,a large number of service processes and operational skills require high understanding and memory of students,and more students reflect that the learning content is boring,so it is necessary for teachers to use the advantages of Blue Ink cloud classroom platform to meet the learning needs of individual students in the teaching process,so as to fundamentally improve the quality of talent training in secondary schools.Therefore,it is necessary for teachers to use the advantages of Blue Ink Cloud classroom platform to meet the learning needs of individual students in the teaching process,so as to fundamentally improve the quality of talent training in secondary institutions.Therefore,this paper effectively combines the Blue Ink Cloud classroom platform with the course of Food Service and Management,and designs and implements a hybrid teaching method combining "online + offline" for secondary school students,in order to change the traditional teaching methods and teaching concepts,improve the teaching effect,enhance students’ learning enthusiasm,and realize the effective design and management of classroom teaching quality.The design and management of classroom teaching quality is effective.Based on such an idea,this paper uses the CiteSpace literature visualization analysis method to define the relevant concepts of this study,clarify its theoretical foundation,and conduct a theoretical exploration and empirical research on the current situation of blended teaching in secondary tourism service majors,including the demographic of teachers and students in secondary institutions characteristics;the application of blended teaching and the problems in the process of blended teaching,the causes of the problems and the prospect of professional development were systematically analyzed and organized.On this basis,the research methods such as literature research method,classroom observation method,questionnaire survey method,action research method and in-depth interview method were used to illustrate the principles followed in promoting the process of blended teaching design by teachers in secondary colleges and universities by fully absorbing the successful experiences of blended teaching at home and abroad,combining the characteristics of Catering Service and Management course with the degree of secondary students’ mastery of existing knowledge,and constructing the The basic route of blended teaching was constructed,and the advantages of blended teaching and traditional teaching were taken as the entry point by using the Blue Ink Cloud Classroom Platform to optimize and adjust the blended teaching of the middle-level Catering Service and Management course from three aspects of teaching design,teaching implementation and teaching evaluation,and also to reflect on and evaluate the implementation effect of the blended teaching of the middle-level Catering Service and Management course.The study shows that the student-oriented dynamic blended teaching design based on the Blue Ink cloud classroom platform realizes the seamless integration of before,during and after class,the organic integration of integrated teaching,various forms of teaching contents,and personalized learning resources are the basic conditions for the effective implementation of blended teaching,and the research results are essential for the sustainable development of blended teaching in Catering Service and Management course and the protection and construction of the Blue Ink cloud classroom platform.The research results provide theoretical reference and practical reference for the sustainable development of blended teaching of Catering Service and Management course and the protection and construction of Blue Ink cloud classroom platform,and promote the teaching quality of secondary institutions.
