Game is a basic educational activity for children.As one of the most representative,role play is favored by children for its vividness and entertaining.It is an effective way for children to enhance their ability by osmosis,such as cognitive abilities,language abilities and so on.In the process of role plays,teachers’ effective supportive behavior can arouse children’s interest,thereby promoting children’s deeper thinking and improving their thinking ability.In addition,the physical and mental development level and thinking cognitive ability of middle class children also determine that the smooth development of the game needs teachers’ support.Therefore,the study of teacher support in role plays has certain research significance.In this study,observation method,interview method,questionnaire method and other research methods were used to study teachers’ supportive behaviors in children’s role play,explore the problems and causes of teachers’ supporting children’s role plays,and put forward corresponding solutions.The problem arises for two main reasons: one is constrained by the teachers’ own ability and the other is affected by the kindergarten security conditions.Based on this,this paper proposes suggestions to improve teachers’ support ability and security conditions.In the preparation stage of the game,teachers should use time flexibly,plan space reasonably,and put materials skillfully;in the progress stage of the game,teachers should organize children to make plans in various ways,observe children’s games based on goals,and guide children to carry out the game smoothly;in the conclusion stage of the game,teachers should create a relaxed In the summing-up stage,teachers should create a relaxed atmosphere for children to actively communicate and discuss.Secondly,in terms of security conditions,kindergartens should optimize the objective environment,flexibly manage the system,and provide support for teachers.The main innovation of this study is the quantitative analysis of teachers’ supporting behaviors in role plays,which enriched the research on teachers’ supporting strategies in role plays,and provides suggestions for kindergarten to improve teaching management and teachers to improve their own guiding ability.
