Role play as a typical game form of early childhood, the development of young children have a unique value, is the important way to kindergarten education.Kindergarten role play without teachers' guidance, scientific and effective guidance teachers, directly affect the quality of the role play.So the kindergarten role play guidance has important practical significance.This research mainly USES the method of observation, case analysis method, interview method to look at the kindergarten 36 role play activity analysis, the analysis results show that the current problems existing in the kindergarten role play guidance are:teachers can't dig all the preparation stage of the game the recessive education opportunity, education value can not get to play;The teacher will be imposed on children's subjective will, high control of the game;To guide the lack of patient observation, arbitrary intervention;Single way under the guidance of teachers, teacher authority;Teachers game time distribution is not reasonable, the evaluation of missing links phenomenon more serious;Games' evaluation, evaluation become a mere formality, dragonflies water, a prey.This paper analyzes the reason of the kindergarten role play guidance problems, will cause divided into three aspects:teachers' factors, preschool, kindergarten.The influence of factors including:teacher idea;The lack of experience under the guidance of teachers.Children's factors include:the influence of the number of children to participate in the game;The influence of children's personality characteristics,Kindergarten factors include mainly the collective teaching activities restricted the children's game play of the subjectivity education activities;The lack of role play guidance for teachers training.Based on the existing problems in the kindergarten role play guidance, put forward countermeasures for the improvement of the kindergarten role play guidance includes:fully digging game preparation contained each link of education opportunity, develop education value;Improve the effect of game phase guidance;Ensure that evaluation of game, give full play to the game the education value of the evaluation phase.
