The selection and arrangement of the "Glory of Labor" unit highlight the logic of change of the unified edition of high school Chinese textbooks,which has typical educational significance and rich educational connotation,and is an important embodiment of the implementation of the five educations.Although the "Labor Glory" unit has a role and status that cannot be ignored,it is still a weak link in unit teaching,and it is necessary to carry out more in-depth and specific teaching research to provide new references for unit teaching practice.The thesis design follows the practical path of discovering problems implementing teaching refining strategies,and through the literature method and questionnaire interview method,combs out the domestic and foreign research on the teaching of unit themes,clarifies key concepts,collects the information of teaching subjects,and discovers the problems existing in the "Labor Glory" unit.The author summarizes as follows: First,teachers’ teaching methods are shallow,and the interpretation of labor is relatively superficial and formulaic,which is difficult to achieve the teaching goals of cultural understanding and inheritance;Second,students’ learning styles are fragmented,they do not seek much understanding of the knowledge content of the unit,and only remember the test points without caring about the overall knowledge structure of the unit;Third,students lack practical experience,classroom and life are in a state of separation,and theory and practice are not closely linked;Fourth,the absence of teaching evaluation mechanism,no diagnostic evaluation,light process evaluation,heavy final evaluation have become the norm of teaching,which hinders the improvement of teaching quality.Through the reflection and summary of the teaching of the unit "Labor Glory",the author extracts the following teaching optimization strategies: First,expand the depth of teaching and establish the unit knowledge system.Clarify the main line of labor education,set up article teaching points in layers,and build a unit knowledge system,so that teaching can go deep from article reading comprehension to labor spirit understanding,and promote the transformation of teaching concepts.Second,generate teaching scenarios,and link theory with practice.First,generate article scenarios,stimulate students’ interest,and understand the spirit of labor;Secondly,build task scenarios,learn labor quality,and achieve teaching goals;Finally,in connection with life situations,practice the value of labor,and strengthen the practical application of knowledge.Third,improve teaching evaluation and improve teaching quality.Teaching should attach importance to diagnostic evaluation,clarify students’ labor cognition,enrich process evaluation,deepen students’ labor understanding,improve final evaluation,implement labor spirit,objectively display teaching effects,and reflect on teaching activities to evaluate and promote teaching and improve teaching quality.The thesis focuses on the process and effectiveness of teaching the "Glory of Labor" unit.Through the comparison between the preliminary investigation and interview and the follow-up test in the later stage,the author found that students were more impressed by the teaching of the "labor unit",had a more solid grasp of knowledge points,could clearly and methodically describe the content of the article,and flexibly applied what they learned in the classroom to real life,the purpose of labor education was basically achieved,and the teaching effect was obvious.To put it simply,this paper uses linear research ideas to focus on the practice of labor education,comply with the requirements of course standards,improve teaching quality,and provide new ideas for unit teaching,in order to get out of the dilemma in teaching practice.
