As one of the five ways of educating people,labor education is an important part of cultivating high school students' core quality,and also a very important part of high school Chinese teaching in the new era.Unit 2 of senior high school Chinese compulsory Volume I of the unified edition takes "glory of labor" as the humanistic theme,character communication,news comments and ancient poems describing labor as the carrier,eulogizes the working people,labor models and labor spirit,and creates a good educational environment for the cultivation of students' labor quality.Although the unified edition of senior high school Chinese textbooks has made a timely response to the national spirit of labor education,how to achieve the goal of labor education in Chinese teaching is still an urgent problem to be solved.Through the investigation,it is found that when dealing with the topic unit of "labor glory" in the unified edition of senior high school Chinese,the front-line teachers attach more importance to work than humanity,which is mainly manifested in the failure to effectively cultivate students' correct labor concept,labor spirit and labor consciousness in the implementation of the task group of "practical reading and communication".The main goal of this unit is to implement the humanistic theme of labor glory in the reading and communication of news style.Therefore,the author takes the second unit of senior high school Chinese compulsory Volume I as the research object,and investigates the teaching situation of some senior high school teachers in H City in the implementation of the theme unit of "labor glory" through the combination of questionnaire and interview.According to the investigation and analysis,there are four problems in the theme unit teaching of "labor glory" : the unit goal is not implemented in place,the emphasis on tools is less than humanity;Secondly,the teaching design is lack of real situation creation;The innovation of teaching methods is not strong,and teachers are more important than students;Teaching evaluation is single and static,focusing on the results rather than the process.The causes of these problems include subjective and objective aspects.Objectively speaking,"glory of labor" theme unit has a long selection time span,diversified genres,new arrangement,short use time,and great challenge in teaching material content;Subjectively,teachers themselves also have the problems of insufficient subjective knowledge and insufficient knowledge reserve.Based on this,the author,guided by the labor education policy of the party and the state in the new era,and guided by the new version of high school Chinese curriculum standard,firmly grasps the main line of "implementing the humanistic theme of labor glory in the reading and communication of news style",combined with literature research and questionnaire analysis,puts forward the following solutions: clear unit goals,implement the theme of "labor glory";Optimize teaching design and create real teaching situation;Innovating teaching methods to highlight the dominant position of students;Improve the evaluation method and realize the evaluation for learning;Expand teaching resources and enrich students' labor cognition.Through the above ways,we try to infiltrate labor education into the learning task group,give full play to the teaching value of the humanistic theme of the unit,so as to improve the students' labor quality and cultivate the new workers needed for the development of the new era.
