Research On The Positioning And Tactics Of Higher Vocational Colleges Participating In Rural Labor Training

How to solve the "three rural" issues along with social development is an important issue for building a well-off society in an all-round way.The resolution of the "three rural issues" will help build a harmonious socialist society and achieve long-term stability in the country.In the process of economic construction and development,rural economic development is restricted by the surplus of labor and lack of professional talents in the region.The implementation of labor training in rural areas can effectively solve the problems of rural economic development and improve the professional quality and professionalism of rural labor.Technical level,to resolve the problem of surplus rural labor,and to lay a solid foundation for the fundamental solution of the "three rural" issues.Regarding the training of rural labor force,higher vocational colleges have innovated the school-running model,and carrying out targeted rural labor training can achieve the orderly development and comprehensive transformation of various industries in the rural area.This paper studies the rural labor force training system of higher vocational colleges,using this as a case study to explore the current status of labor force training in rural areas,and summarizes the advantages and accumulation of Z higher vocational colleges in the process of promoting the rural labor transfer mechanism.Based on the experience of China’s current rural labor training in higher vocational colleges and existing problems,this article analyzes the problems,explores the current situation,and puts forward suggestions for improvement.It lays the foundation for the optimization of the rural labor training system in higher vocational colleges.Promote the employment and job selection ability of the rural labor force,and the rural economic development level has also been improved,laying a good foundation for the solution of the "three rural" issues and the construction of a harmonious socialist society.
