| Young teachers in colleges and universities are an important part of China’s scientific and technological talent team and the main force of national scientific and technological innovation.On the one hand,young teachers are in the beginning of their academic careers,facing the dilemma of weak scientific research ability,weak economy,weak power,weak resources,and weak opportunities.On the other hand,the acquisition of scientific research achievements requires the organizational level to actively provide scientific research support to them,and actively guide them from the level of system construction in the process of their growth.How to further improve the scientific research support model for young teachers in colleges and universities,help young teachers’ scientific research activities,and improve the efficiency of scientific research support has become an urgent problem to be solved.The scientific research support system for young teachers in colleges and universities is a complex adaptation system,containing several subsystems and many elements,and can interact with each other,with self-organization,learning and adaptability,and form a complex multi-level network through the flow of matter,information and energy.The various subsystems and elements rely on a variety of connection methods and paths to achieve aggregation effect,forming multi-level aggregates,thus constituting complex adaptation characteristics of the system.The scientific research support activities for young teachers in colleges and universities do not only rely on the static adaptation of internal feedback at a single level,but rely on the dynamic adaptation of self-organization and learning at several levels.The way of thinking supported by scientific research refers to what kind of thinking or method people use to view scientific research support activities for young teachers,simple thinking based on classical science is based on absolute rationality,premised on reduction,oriented by pre-formation and consummated thinking,while complexity thinking focuses on nonlinearity,randomness,adaptability and self-organization.Although the scientific research support system dominated by simple thinking has its rationality and inevitability,the excessive application of simple thinking subtly shapes the single action path of different subjects and resources,and over-strengthens,thereby solidifying the structure of the entire scientific research support system,thereby inhibiting the diversification of scientific research support.It inevitably causes problems such as the alienation of academic evaluation,the lack of subjectivity status of young teachers,and the machinery of scientific research support process.Human complexity,the transformation of academic environment and knowledge production purposes,the complexity of scientific research activities themselves and chaos make it urgent to introduce complexity thinking into scientific research support systems,and use complexity discourse to interpret the complexity of scientific research support systems,which may alleviate the problem of insufficient existing scientific research support.The complexity of the scientific research support system of young teachers in colleges and universities is reflected in the complexity of the element structure,the complexity of the internal and external environment of the system,and the complexity of the structural function.By analyzing the two different ways of thinking from simplicity to complexity supported by scientific research of young teachers in colleges and universities,it is proposed that the adaptive mechanism should be fully used to guide the performance optimization of the system.Give full play to the potential of each subject and respect the natural selection of the system;Exercise the function of "strong government" and accurately develop systems and policies;Diversified social governance methods,full of systematic organizational structure. |
