Nearly 10 years, in the process of the development of higher education popularization in local universities, in order to satisfy the needs of expanding the enrollment scale, enriched the large numbers of young teachers.Young teachers is an important wealth development of the school, young teachers' professional development level in local colleges and universities teaching is to ensure the sustainable development of scientific research team strength, build support young teachers' professional development is the system of teachers' professional development promoting youth important guarantee. what demand of local young university teachers' professional development? How is the local young university teachers' professional development system support system? how to construct the young teachers' professional development system in local university on support system? And so on questions are worth studying, this research attempts to answer these questions.This study first to analyze the local young university teachers' professional development stage, importance, composition and demand, which is for the construction of theoretical foundation on the school support system of professional development of the young teachers in local universities.Then the author also self-designed questionnaire, interview outline for the youth to guangxi universities' provided teacher professional development survey of support, which is for the construction of providing practical material on he school support system of professional development of the young teachers in local universities.This paper is divided into four parts altogether.The first part is introduction, including four aspects.One is the reasons and significance to study, from the background of the teachers' number soared progress in China's higher education popularization in young university, elaborating the construction of local young university teachers' professional development school system support system significance in theory and practice; The second is the literature review, through the analysis about the teacher development support system at home and abroad, in the affirmation of predecessors' achievements simultaneously, in order to find out about local young university teachers' professional development support system in part of the research needs to improve. The third is aimed at this institute analyzed the important concepts involved. The fourth is introduced this research targets, thoughts and methods.The second part is to place young university teachers theoretical analysis professional development. This par, mainly from five aspects for analysis, including the young university teachers'professional development stage, great importance of local young university teachers' professional development, young university teachers'professional development elements,the needs and trouble of local young university teachers' professional development, the relationship between teachers' professional development in local young university and school system support system.The third part is to analysis young university teachers' professional development in guangxi school system support system for empirical survey results. Through the questionnaire and interviews, we find, at present the young teachers in guangxi universities provide professional development system support system can not meet the needs of young teachers, mainly exist system vacancy and institutional failure problems.The fourth part where it had described the basic principles on young university teachers' professional development school system support system, the basic constitution in local young university teachers' professional development school system support system and the operation mechanism and enforcement guarantee in local young university teachers' professional development school system support system. One basic principle of constructing including humanistic management principle, fair work principles, feasibility principle, professional principles of development principle. Basic constitution including young teachers tutor system, youth teacher training system, young teacher lectures system, young teachers teaching competition system, performance assessment system of young teachers, young teacher evaluation system, young teachers incentive system, young teachers promotion system and young teachers' professional development community system.
