| In May 2022,the new vocational education law was promulgated and put into effect,which formally put forward the concept and strategy of building a skilled society,thus putting forward higher requirements for the quality and ability development of vocational and technical education talents and the training of technical and technical talents in China.The competency-based education model takes the typical tasks of professional posts as the starting point,analyzes the professional abilities required by post talents as the basic principle,and focuses on cultivating students’ technical skills and literacy,so that students can have the ability of sustainable development.At the same time,under the background of the "three religions" reform,the development of teaching materials has become an important direction to deepen the curriculum reform.School-based teaching materials are an effective way to meet the learning needs of students and teachers’ teaching requirements,as well as the needs of local regional economic development,and to achieve the goal of talent training.This study understands the competency-based education model and the current research status of school-based teaching materials through literature analysis,Interpretation of the specific planning and requirements of the "Implementation Plan for the Construction of Textbooks for Vocational Education Planning in the Tenth Five-Year Plan",taking the development of school-based teaching materials for the course "Meeting Practice" of secretary major in Guangxi× secondary vocational school as a case study.Practical suggestions are provided for the trial and implementation of teaching materials,and efforts are made to enhance the appropriateness of teaching materials,highlight the characteristics of running schools through the development of school-based teaching materials,improve teachers’ teaching ability,adapt to the development needs of students.This study through questionnaires,interviews and other ways,we have a deep understanding of the current situation of the use of teaching materials for the conference practice course of secretarial major in Guangxi × secondary vocational schools,and analyze the problems and shortcomings of the current teaching materials,such as the lack of operability,interactivity and practicality,the low enthusiasm of students and the difficulty of teachers in organizing teaching materials,which leads to the low teaching quality.Therefore,we have developed school-based teaching materials based on competence.Based on the theory of competency-based education and constructivism learning,this study emphasizes the important role of student-centered and learning by doing,and cultivates students’ good study habits and sustainable development ability.The style design of the school-based teaching material of Conference Practice starts from the needs of industry enterprises,starts from the typical tasks in the process of holding the conference,analyzes the portraits of talents and obtains the necessary abilities and qualities of talents,adopts the systematic organization logic of the working process,and starts from the real working situation,adopts loose-leaf form to help students clarify the specific requirements and processes of the work,so as to let students deeply participate in them,improve their interest and enthusiasm in learning,enable students to directly connect with future jobs and have the ability of sustainable development,and lay a solid foundation for future career planning.Finally,practical suggestions are provided for the trial and implementation of teaching materials,and efforts are made to enhance the appropriateness of teaching materials,highlight the characteristics of running schools through the development of school-based teaching materials,improve teachers’ teaching ability,adapt to the development needs of students,and also provide reference and enlightenment for the future competency-based education model and the development of school-based teaching materials.Finally,also provide reference and enlightenment for the future competency-based education model and the development of school-based teaching materials. |
