The aesthetic quality of secretarial staff has not only the universal requirements of the public aesthetic quality,but also the special requirements and connotation of aesthetic quality brought by the characteristics of secretarial work.To enhance the aesthetic quality of secretarial staff,we should focus on grasping the connotation of the particularity of the aesthetic quality of secretarial staff.The connotation of the particularity of the secretarial staff's aesthetic accomplishment refers to the aesthetic accomplishment required by the secretarial profession,which is the aesthetic accomplishment displayed by the secretarial staff during their work in the secretarial profession.After graduation,secretary major students in secondary vocational schools will also go to work positions such as secretaries,clerks,administrative assistants,archivists,etc.It is very necessary to have certain aesthetic qualities.On the one hand,it is helpful for students to establish a correct aesthetic view,cultivate healthy aesthetic taste,and improve their sense of beauty,appreciation and creativity.On the other hand,it is helpful for improving the comprehensive quality of secretary major students and better adapting to the requirements of secretarial work positions.The study idea of the paper: Firstly,the paper selects secondary vocational secretarial students as the research object,based on the theory of all-round development of human beings,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and constructivism theory,and on the basis of consulting the existing theoretical research on literacy and aesthetic literacy,and combining with the characteristics of secretarial work,it discusses in detail the constituent elements of aesthetic literacy of secondary vocational secretarial students,the importance of aesthetic literacy to secretarial students and the importance of engaging in secretarial work in the future.Then,through the combination of questionnaire survey and interview,we can know the current situation of the aesthetic quality of the secretary major students in secondary vocational schools in Guangxi.There are mainly four aspects as follows: first,as a secretary major student,the students have a relatively accurate understanding of their own aesthetic quality,but there is no clear direction for development;Second,the students' aesthetic knowledge is not solid,and the Internet has become the main source of aesthetic knowledge.The third is that the aesthetic ability of the research object has reached a medium level and has not reached a good level.Fourth,students have a correct aesthetic view of kindness,harmony and wisdom.They can also fully realize that aesthetic activities play an important role in secretarial work.Aesthetic tastes have diversified trends,but their enthusiasm for participating in community activities is not high.Then,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the aesthetic literacy of secretary major students in secondary vocational schools in Guangxi,namely,there is no clear direction for the development of aesthetic literacy,the aesthetic knowledge is not solid,the aesthetic ability has not reached a good level,and the awareness of participating in aesthetic activities is weak.And analyzed the reasons behind the problem,mainly including students' lack of deep understanding of aesthetic literacy,schools' lack of attention to aesthetic education,and the negative impact of network culture on students' aesthetics.Finally,aiming at the existing problems and reasons of the aesthetic quality of Guangxi secondary vocational secretarial major students,the corresponding educational countermeasures are put forward to enhance the aesthetic quality of Guangxi secondary vocational secretarial major students,including: to enhance students' professional cognition and strengthen aesthetic consciousness;Optimizing the contents of professional courses and enriching aesthetic knowledge;Combining aesthetics with professional teaching to improve aesthetic ability;Enrich the second class and expand the aesthetic practice approach,so as to arouse the attention of secondary vocational schools and secretarial professional educators to enhance the aesthetic quality of secretarial professional students.
