A Study On The Improvement Of Professionalism Of Secretarial Major Students In Secondary Vocational Schools By Traditional Liuyi

The traditional Liuyi is a unique vocational education ancient idea of China.The traditional Liuyi includes six skills: ritual,music,shooting,imperialism,books,and math.It advocates the cultivation of all-round development talents such as know etiquette,enjoy the music,strengthen body,solve crisis,be proficient in writing and master math.The professional secretarial profession requires students to master the professional qualities necessary for “quasi-ciphers”,including interpersonal literacy,language literacy,legal literacy,psychological literacy,intelligent literacy,and comprehensive literacy.There are similarities in the requirements of the two talent training.Therefore,it is feasible to integrate the traditional Liuyi into the professional quality training of modern secretarial students.Excavate the educational content and educational methods of the traditional Liuyi,apply its essence to the professional quality cultivation of the secretarial students of the secondary vocational school,comprehensively improve the professional quality of the students of the secretarial specialty in secondary vocational schools,and improve the employment advantage of the graduates of secretarial professions in secondary vocational schools.Create the characteristics of high-skilled and high-quality talents of China.This paper based on the theory of quality iceberg and the theory of onion model,this study uses the literature research method to find relevant materials related to the professional qualities of traditional Liuyi and middle-class secretarial students,and combines the connotations of traditional Liuyi and professional qualities.The main dimensions of professional literacy —vocational ideals,professional ethics,professional behavioral habits and professional skills,and the integration of traditional cultural literacy,were conducted on a questionnaire survey of 398 students in the secretarial school of secondary vocational schools and 12 teachers.Through investigations,it is found some problems of middle school secretarial students,such as fuzzy occupational ideals,weak professional ethics,lack of professional behavioral habits,low awareness of literacy,low recognition of moral education curriculum,and weak integration of traditional culture.In the interview,it was also found that the traditional culture applicationconsciousness of the professional secretarial teachers in secondary vocational schools needs to be improved,the traditional cultural literacy education of the secretarial specialty of secondary vocational schools is less frequently carried out,and the content of the textbooks and the quality of the curriculum are deviated.The main reason for the improvement,and the attribution analysis of the problems arising from the professional quality training of the middle school secretarial students.In response to these existing problems,this paper proposes an improvement strategy for the traditional Liuyi to improve the professional quality of the secretarial students.In recent years,our country has proposed to build a vocational education system with Chinese characteristics,and vigorously promote the integration of excellent Traditional Liuyi into the training of talents at all stages of education,which indicates a new direction for the improvement of the training program for secondary vocational education.There contains rich educational resources in Traditional Liuyi.The in-depth exploration and application of Chinese excellent traditional culture is the only way to realize the innovative development of secondary vocational education.It is hoped that through the research of this thesis,we can provide a new way to cultivate the professional literacy of the secretarial major in secondary vocational schools,the professional quality of the secretarial students of the secondary vocational schools can be promoted,and the high-quality talents with secrets of Chinese characteristics can be cultivated.It will help to improve the employment competitiveness of secretarial students.
