Secondary vocational schools aim at cultivating practical talents,which has become an important strategic component of China’s education development.Especially since the beginning of the 12 th Five-Year Plan,compared with higher education,the state has been continuously increasing investment in vocational education in the past decade.Moreover,according to statistics,during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period(2016-2019),the number of secondary vocational graduates in China exceeded 5 million each year,and the number of students enrolling in 2019 reached 5.9 million.However,with the continuous expansion of secondary vocational education scale,more and more problems are exposed accordingly.For example,the most obvious is that a large proportion of graduates from secondary vocational schools cannot meet the requirements of the new society and the talent market.Specific for the professional skills of the graduates are not skilled,which also led to the recent decade of China’s vocational graduates in the employment process of professional counterpart rate is generally not high,some vocational students cultural quality is relatively low,once the hands-on ability is insufficient,then the job stability after graduation will be poor.As for the secondary vocational secretary major studied in this paper,for the post of the secretary,computer skills involve all aspects of the work content,therefore,the current situation of the training of computer skills of students majoring in the secondary vocational secretary is worth studying.For secretary major students,secretarial other professional class is closely related to computer in many ways,therefore,secretarial students for computer lessons learned knowledge,can be applied to the secretarial other specialized courses,it is noteworthy,the graduate student internship has found that the current secondary vocational secretary majors in computer skill learning has to some extent,the lower the efficiency of the whole teaching and learning.Based on the teaching standards of secretarial students in secondary vocational schools,this paper focuses on the current situation of computer skills training of secretarial students,designs reasonablequestionnaires and interviews,and conducts objective statistical analysis.Firstly,this paper USES the literature research method to sort out the domestic and foreign literature.Second,observation.Participate in students’ learning process,observe and record students’ feedback on classroom teaching effect;Third,questionnaire survey.From four dimensions design student questionnaire,this study is a student to grasp the situation of office software,2 it is the student to the network resource utilization,the third is after the students to learn computer skills in specialized courses,the application of four is the ability to use computer to support office(information resources management,hardware device);Fourth,the interview method.To understand the contents,objectives,methods and evaluation of teachers in teaching;Overall,this study found that secondary vocational secretary students on the application of computer skills there is a certain degree,teacher’s teaching reform and secretarial course informationization teaching ability training,a series of problems such as this study according to the related problems in the teaching and learning in training,put forward a series of countermeasures of ascension,for secretary major technical secondary school students computer skills upgrading to provide certain reference significance. |
