Writing is a way of communicating,disseminating and sharing information with people in life.It plays an increasingly important role in today's society.For Secondary Vocational Secretarial students,writing is not only a display of personal accomplishment,but also an important skill in future jobs.With the rapid development of mobile internet,new media,such as mobile phones,micro-blogs and micro-messengers,have penetrated into all aspects of human social life.The characteristics of new media,such as faster dissemination speed,massive and shared information,diverse forms of content,convenient use,have brought many conveniences to human life and learning.The new media and its additional effects have impacted the whole campus culture,penetrated into the study and life of vocational school students,and profoundly affected their ideas,daily communication and learning behavior.Under the background of the new media,the subject,speed,content and form of knowledge dissemination have undergone fundamental changes.The new media has exerted great influence on the writing of secretarial students in secondary vocational schools,making the writing content richer,the form more diverse and the material more convenient to obtain.At the same time,it often brings some adverse effects on the writing of secondary vocational students.The writing of students exposes fragments of thinking.The problems of localization,networking of language and plagiarization of modes pose a challenge to the writing teaching of secretarial students in secondary vocational schools.Under the background of new media,giving full play to the positive influence of new media on students' writing,overcoming the negative influence of new media on students' writing,and improving students' writing level have become the inevitable requirement of talent training and vocational education,as well as the need of individual learners to meet their own knowledge learning.From the perspective of the influence of new media on the writing of secretarial majors in secondary vocational schools,this study focuses on the problems found in the writing practice of secretarial majors in secondary vocational schools under the background of new media,and analyses the causes.On this basis,it analyses the influence of new media on students' writing from both positive and negative aspects and develops countermeasures.The full text is divided into the following five parts:The introduction first states the research background and significance,combs and summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad,defines the relevant concepts,and puts forward research ideas and methods.Chapter two investigates the current situation of secretarial students' writing in secondary vocational schools under the background of new media,probes into the existing problems of secretarial students' writing in secondary vocational schools under the background of new media,and makes an analysis of the reasons for the existing problems.Chapter three,on the basis of combing the characteristics of new media,specifically discusses the advantages and disadvantages of new media to Secondary Vocational Secretarial students' writing.Positive influence starts from four aspects: rich content,diverse forms,free space and convenient access to materials.Negative influence is analyzed from three aspects: fragmentation of writing thinking,networking of language and plagiarization of ways.The fifth chapter is the conclusion,which reviews the research results and summarizes them.Faced with the changes brought by the new media to students' writing,we need to give full play to the positive influence of the new media,overcome its negative impact,pay attention to the internal improvement of the learning individual and the external drive of the educational environment,the ultimate goal is to improve the writing level of Secondary Vocational Secretarial students.
