With the rapid development of the world economy since the 21 st century,the demand for talents has been greatly increased,and the types of talents needed have also changed.The cultivation of talents has become the top priority of the education reform,and the Party’s education policy therefore points out that the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating talents needs to be implemented.The core accomplishment of chemistry is the quality,thought and ability that students need to have in learning chemistry.The cultivation and development of "scientific attitude and social responsibility",one of the qualities,is in line with the requirement of realizing the fundamental task of "establishing morality and cultivating people" in middle school chemistry learning.Project learning(PBL)as a developed country to develop and practice after the effective teaching mode is worth introducing development in our country,thinking for the implementation of the national education reform and development,it is not only an emphasis on basic knowledge and pay attention to the cultivation of the ability and ascension,and the development core literacy goal is consistent,so the PBL teaching mode is the development of "scientific attitude and social responsibility" core literacy,The effective way to carry out the fundamental task of Lide and shuren.PBL teaching education through the development and practice in foreign countries,and prove that it conforms to the requirements of training talent in today’s world,but for now with the combination of subjects of study is not rich enough,and more concentrated in the period of high school,junior high school stage of the PBL ascend to a large number of research,the core literacy therefore this study selected knowledge of junior high school as the research content.According to the characteristics of chemistry subject under PBL,this topic uses PBL teaching mode in middle school chemistry course and combines PBL theoretical model to write two TEACHING examples of PBL.They are "Water clean Journey" and "I have a promise with2060".Finally,compared with traditional teaching methods,project-based learning teaching has a more profound positive impact on the implementation and development of students’ core literacy of "scientific attitude and social responsibility".In this study for three months to explore the following result is obtained,the practice of PBL teaching to "scientific attitude and social responsibility" chemistry discipline core literacy has a positive effect to the ground and also found its autonomy and information processing ability of students,teachers’ mastery of classroom management project case of design capability,tilt policies and resources the school has a larger request.Through the practice of the two projects,it is concluded that project-based learning teaching still needs further exploration,such as which level of students PBL teaching is suitable for,which kind of chemical knowledge is suitable for developed cities or ordinary towns,etc.Therefore,there is still a lot to be developed in the theory and teaching of PBL.
