At present and in the future,the social and economic environment we are in seems to become more and more unstable,uncertain,complex and ambiguous.This environmental state of VUCA has become the new normal of the current world pattern.As a supporting human resource service industry,how to innovate,break through and respond quickly?The emergence of a new generation of information technologies and concepts such as digitization and intellectualization has brought good opportunitiesBased on the literature review,this paper proposes a digital transformation driven by process optimization ability,resource integration ability and organizational learning ability.The digital platform built based on the digital transformation has the ability to perceive opportunities,acquire opportunities and business innovation,and then selects a human resources service company as the case study object,Conduct a systematic study on the digital transformation of a human resources service company based on the perspective of dynamic capabilities.From the perspective of dynamic capabilities,this paper studies the details of the digital transformation process of human resource service enterprises,and proposes a digital transformation scheme of human resource service enterprises from the perspective of dynamic capabilities with the help of the case analysis of A human resource service company.The preliminary conclusions are as follows:(1)The driving effect of enterprise dynamic capabilities on digital transformation;(2)The role of digital transformation in improving the dynamic capabilities of enterprises.The research conclusions are of great significance to the digital transformation literature from a dynamic perspective,and also provide valuable theoretical guidance and practical reference for the digital transformation of human resource service enterprises in China.
