In recent years,as the country's emphasis on employment promotion,human resource,human resource service industry showed vigorous development trend,the national talent development plan is put forward,to implement the strategy of priority to the development of talent,develop talent service industry,the market mechanism to play a fundamental role in the allocation of human resources,vigorously develop human resources services.The establishment of human resource service industry park has set up an entity platform for the development of industry agglomeration for human resource service industry.As first of zhejiang provincial human resources service industry agglomeration area,ningbo human resources service industrial park based on the economic development of ningbo strong motivation,active human resources demand and relatively mature human resource service industry,to ningbo human resources service industry park provides a good condition,operation,innovation and development for industrial park construction has accumulated considerable experience.At the same time,it is also faced with the deficiencies of management system,park planning,public service and diversified investment.These problems are also common in the same industrial park in China.In the Chinese and foreign scholars on the basis of research on industrial park,combined with the practice of domestic advanced industrial park,by visiting research,targeted put forward first innovation park management system and operation mode.At the municipal level,the construction coordination group of
