| Anxiety exists in human social life,which stems from the rupture of certainty and the worry about uncertainty.Anxiety is the gap between environment and self,which expresses the inner conflict of individuals in the face of uncertain complex environment.Different from the concepts of hostility,fear and depression,anxiety is not limited to the representation of psychology and physiology,but the manifestation of human existence with cultural,historical and social characteristics.The understanding of anxiety needs to be placed in the context of human life.Therefore,understanding anxiety is an important basis for the comprehension of self,life and social culture.As an important mode of human existence,the understanding of anxiety is initially based on the association of humorae theory,and then expresses the state of individual and social spirit.In the classical era,anxiety mainly represents the ’disease’in the conflict of souls;modern anxiety is mainly based on the pursuit of grand cause,and the consequent concerns of competition and meritocracy;Contemporary anxiety is more complex and diversified,spreading dominantly in all aspects of life.In the field of education,with the excessive competition consciousness,the domination of digitalism,the bias of pursuing excellence and the coercion of’involutionism’,education anxiety is increasing and constantly alienated.Nowadays,education anxiety is manifested in various forms in specific educational practice.When education anxiety tends to be single and extreme,education anxiety creates ’neurotic personality’ in education.As an important manifestation of human existence,anxiety itself cannot be eliminated,and education anxiety cannot be avoided.In the perspective of existentialism,anxiety represents the possibility of freedom.It is the basic appearance of human beings,which is manifested in ultimate concern,human self-seeking and relationship encounter.In this regard,education anxiety concerns the soul and life,preserves the weakness of education,and points to the perfection of self-ontology.This is the ontological stipulation or ontological value of education anxiety.In the ontological significance,education anxiety is manifested as the possibility of freedom,the worry of self-authenticity,the courage of meaning existence,the pursuit of self-identity and the construction of relational existence.Education anxiety means not only to update the concept of education anxiety at the level of value and significance,but also to form a joint force of education in action to avoid the malignant development of anxiety.Specifically,education anxiety involves providing students with rich educational courses oriented to life value and diversification,weakening the utilitarian pursuit of education,and offering relevant courses and teaching in the field of education anxiety. |
