The proposed integration of sports and education has promoted the reform of the sports reserve training system and school sports and facilitated the coordinated development between cultural learning and physical exercise for young people.In the future,competitive sports will gradually return to school sports,and sports reserve talents will be cultivated from schools,which is the way to develop sports in the future.In addition,the country is vigorously promoting the development of the three major sports,and this is the best time to develop volleyball.Volleyball traditional characteristic schools not only promote the physical health of students,but promote the popularity of volleyball at the same time also allows volleyball reserve sports talents to be cultivated from schools,which is the most appropriate and shortest way to reform the model at present.Therefore,there is a great need to deepen the reform of school sports and to develop sports talents in volleyball traditional characteristic schools.This paper uses literature,expert interviews,questionnaires,case studies,and mathematical statistics to investigate and analyze.It analyses the development of volleyball traditional characteristic schools with unique characteristics in Hongkou District under the background of integration of sports and education in terms of assessment and supervision,condition guarantee,sports teaching,training and competition,and talent training,and analyses the problems faced by Fuxing Senior High School in the context of a case study and draws the following conclusions.(1)Inadequate regulatory approach.Supervision is not in place.The assessment procedures for both schools are the same,but the emphasis on assessment criteria is different.At present,the two sides have begun to integrate,but the supervision method is not perfect and there are certain defects,which need to be improved as soon as possible.(2)The school’s teaching staff is not well developed.The integration of sports and education has increased the burden and pressure on the teachers of volleyball traditional characteristic schools,and the requirements for teacher allocation and teachers’ professional ability have increased.However,at present,there are insufficient number of teachers,volleyball teachers are not high-level in sports,and their teaching years are short.(3)Sports resources need to be integrated and optimized.At present,the use of social resources is not high,the development of social forces is insufficient,and the supervision is not in place.The part-time coaches who enter the campus have labor conflicts.In addition,the number of extracurricular volleyball competitions that can be participated in is small,and the integration of competitions has problems such as time conflicts and overlapping participants.(4)The coaches of each school pay attention to the quality of training,and make a sound training plan while considering the coordination with the study time.Most schools can guarantee the training volume and training intensity,but have a negative impact on the cultural learning of student-athletes,and the higher the school stage,the greater the impact.The training quality and efficiency of the platoon special school and the countermeasures need to be improved.(5)Volleyball talent delivery channels are not smooth.The sources of athletes in the volleyball traditional characteristic schools are limited,and the lack of policy support reduces the quality of volleyball talent.In the construction of the "one-stop" talent training system,there are phenomena such as low support from school leaders and no counterpart talent transfer.The following optimization measures are proposed in conjunction with guarantees for optimal development.(1)The two departments of sports and education should increase exchanges and discussions between the two sides to jointly deal with problems,establish the division of labor and focus of functions,and formulate evaluation standards and supervision measures as soon as possible.Give full play to the advantages and characteristics of the two departments,work together to deepen the integration.(2)Vigorously cultivate the construction of teachers,improve the system for sports schools and retired athletes and coaches to enter the campus,increase the relevant training of volleyball teachers,and improve the professional ability of teachers.The two departments work together to give full play to their respective advantages,and jointly negotiate and formulate annual teacher training to complement each other and achieve a win-win situation.(3)Support the sharing of social resources and the development of Shanghai volleyball clubs,improve relevant supervision,and improve the settlement of labor cost policies for external teachers as soon as possible.The sports and education departments need to gradually improve the Shanghai volleyball competition,and carry out various forms of volleyball competitions to promote exchanges between volleyball traditional characteristic schools.(4)The coaches of each school pay attention to the quality of training,and take into account the coordination with the study time while formulating a comprehensive training plan.The volleyball special teachers in the school shoulder the role of supervision,formulate exact measures and systems,and actively communicate with parents.(5)Strengthen the school leaders’ concept of sports and talent training,and expand the number of volleyball traditional characteristic schools.The sports and education departments must jointly improve the management of the one-stop talent system and the formulation of the admissions system and policies,and strengthen the attention,communication and guidance of the higher-level volleyball traditional characteristic schools in the lower-level schools,and assist in cultivating qualified reserve talents.
