Education fairness is the key link to realize social justice and an important guarantee to ensure social stability.The principle of educational fairness has an inseparable relationship with the socialist core values,which reflects people’s adherence to the values of fairness and justice in the world.Similarly,education is also the initial stage of human education,which has a huge guiding significance for our life-long development.However,with the further development of China’s reform and opening up,my country’s economy and society has also entered a new stage,and many new social problems have arisen.The gap between the rich and the poor in society is widening,and the inequalities of opportunity and outcome continue to have a huge impact in society.In my country,which is in a transitional period,accelerating the study of the fairness of urban basic education has very important theoretical and practical functions.On the basis of in-depth research on China’s educational equity by relevant domestic experts,the thesis takes Xi Jinping’s view of equity and justice as a point of view,relies on China’s educational sociology research and government function research,and takes the theoretical methods that reflect the phenomenon of China’s educational equity as the research foundation.By using questionnaires,survey visits and field investigations and other research methods,this paper discusses the educational equity phenomenon in Z City,Jiangsu.And through empirical research and analysis on urban and rural students,public schools and private schools,and differences in the allocation of urban educational resources in Z City,Jiangsu Province,it is believed that the problems of educational injustice in Z City are mainly reflected in: imbalanced allocation of urban educational resources;Unequal educational opportunities;The balanced allocation of high-quality teachers among schools has not been realized;The governance system of equitable development is not perfect.Based on the analysis of the status quo of basic education equity in Z City,Jiangsu Province,combined with its reasons,the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the basic education equity in Z City,Jiangsu Province are given: increase investment in education in townships and villages,balance the allocation of urban and rural resources,strengthen the construction of teachers in ruralschools,support private schools for children,adopt multi campus zoning to reduce the impact of school district housing on enrollment,control the proportion of direct promotion,set equal admission conditions,improving the intercollegiate teacher exchange and training mechanism,actively integrate exchanges,promote the standardization and information of schools,rationalize the responsibilities and obligations of home and school,standardize the responsibilities of teachers,improve supervision and Evaluation mechanism.Thus,gradually realize the good integration of educational equity and efficiency,in order to promote the basic education equity in Z City,Jiangsu Province. |
