| As one of the hot issues of preschool education in recent years,Mutual Connection between Kindergartens and Primary Schools has been paid wide attention by scholars at home and abroad.Previously,most of the research on the Connection between Kindergartens and Primary Schools is focused on kindergartens,but with the change of research perspective,education concept update,national policy,more and more researchers began to research point in the primary schools to kindergartens docking,and realize that when kindergartens will "Connection between Kindergartens and Primary Schools" as their own education,they stare at not children,but primary schools.At the same time,the researchers believe that if the unilateral connection between kindergartens or primary schools is only emphasized blindly,then the fracture phenomenon between kindergartens and primary schools cannot be effectively solved,and the research of the connection between kindergartens and primary schools will gradually become closer to two-way cooperation.Therefore,this study is based on the specific practice of mutual connection between kindergartens and primary schools,ready for kindergartens and primary schools enrollment and school adaptation education to provide empirical data,and give the implementation of certain mutual connection between kindergartens and primary schools suggestions and strategies,at different levels to promote mutual connection between kindergartens and primary schools,break through the plight of mutual connection between kindergartens and primary schools,and improve it.In this study,Y Kindergarten and X Primary School in Chengdu,which are carrying out mutual connection between kindergartens and primary schools in Chengdu city,were selected as the research objects to conduct theoretical analysis of the mutual connection between kindergartens and primary schools through literature method,and to investigate the mutual connection between Y Kindergarten and X Primary school through questionnaire method and interview method.Through the analysis of data and practice case,the study found that Y Kindergarten and X Primary school based on mutual connection between kindergartens and primary schools project,updated the kindergarten’s and primary’s school teachers connection concept,promote the effective communication,with the help of collectivization education,teachers’ high professional level,rich education resources and relatively perfect inter-school teachers communication platform,practice,formed the environmental integration,curriculum integration of mutual connection between kindergartens and primary schools present situation.Finally,on this basis,the author puts forward the specific implementation strategy for more school reference,that is,the implementation of policies,efficient integration of resources,building a teacher communication platform and so on. |
