Junior high school is the key stage of primary education to middle school education,and also a key period for life planning before high school.As a key non-intellectual factor,learning motivation plays an important role in the learning behavior and academic level of junior high school students.However,in the teaching process of morality and rule of law in junior middle school,schools,parents and students all take the high school entrance examination as the main baton of learning,but ignore the cultivation of learning motivation.It is very common for students to lack learning motivation.In this paper,the author on the junior middle school moral and rule of law learning status on the basis of the analysis of the junior high school students moral and rule of law learning motivation problems and reasons,and to teachers and students as learning motivation of two main body,pay attention to the teaching interaction process,discusses the stimulate and maintain the junior middle school moral and rule of law learning motivation strategy.The thesis consists of four parts,which describes the research significance of the topic,research methods and innovation points;the concept,classification and particularity of the learning motivation in the second chapter,and discusses the reason of the lack of learning motivation through the survey results of the learning motivation between the students and teachers.
