A Survey On Rural Vocational Students’ Intention Of Coming Home For Employment Based On The Current Of Rural Revitalization

On February 21,2021,Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council on Comprehensively Promoting Rural Revitalization and Accelerating Agricultural and Rural Modernization was published by the CPC Central Committee and The State Council.In which it was stated that in order to re-juvenile the nation,rural revitalization must be achieved.We must continue to make solving problems relating to agriculture,rural areas and farmers the top priority in the Party’s work,make comprehensively promoting rural revitalization a major task of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and mobilize the entire Party and society to accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas so that farmers can live a better life.Itis a prior and important task for China to effectively solve rural problems,boost rural development,and raise farmers’ income and living standards.The development and reform of rural areas cannot be separated from the support of talents.Only by introducing a large number of high-quality and highly skilled talents can we better solve the problems facing the current rural development and help farmers to better generate income and increase their income.Based on this,under the rural revitalization strategy and the realistic needs of serving agriculture,rural areas and farmers,it is of great practical significance to strengthen policy guidance and public opinion publicity,do a good job in the guiding role of schools,create a good employment environment,and attract a large number of vocational college graduates to return home for employm ent and entrepreneurship.In this paper,rural vocational students the research object,based on the "dual division of labor market theory","human capital theory","Keynesian employment theory",through data collection,questionnaire survey and other methods to analyze the current situation of rural vocational students’ intention of returning to their hometown for employment The results indicates that they are not so willing to return home for employment and entrepreneurship.There are many factors that leads to such results,including following statements.Infrastructure limits,invalid law system,insufficient current directing from both government and school,etc.To solve those questions above measures and policies should be made to make better use of talents on helping the development of urban area,such as creating better environment for entrepreneurship on the countryside,compensating policies and methods,enhancing government intervention,high schools coming up with new talent cultivating systems in favor of the construction of the new urban area.Students of high vocational schools from urban area should also establish proper ideas on employments,make career planing conclusively.
