In the early 1980 s,as a new education system and school-running form,private colleges and universities have developed rapidly under the influence of the National Open Education Policy.However,due to the special form of school-running,limited teaching resources,inadequate management level and other reasons,the problems of low quality of teaching and serious loss of teachers exist universally.Allowing the frequent loss of teachers will lead to instability in the structure of the entire teaching force,and decline the quality of teaching.These directly affect the core competitiveness of private colleges and universities,and disadvantage the sustainable development of them.Hunan A Vocational College is a typical representative among numerous private colleges and universities in Hunan Province.It has a large scale and a long running time,and the problem of the loss of teachers is obvious,which can reflect the problems existing in the loss of teachers in private colleges.This article takes Hunan A Vocational College as the research object,through combing domestic and foreign scholars on the loss of teachers and Human Resources Management theory and literature,using the method of literature analysis,to summarizes the current situation and achievements of knowledge-based employee turnover in enterprises at home and abroad,grasping the research direction and train of thought from macroscopic view.In order to gather first-hand information,I took the approach of a combination of questionnaire and interview survey,according to the investigation,from the incentive factors,management factors and personal factors to analysis.It is concluded that the basic reason for the loss of teachers lies in the low job satisfaction.In order to effectively solve the problem of unreasonable loss of teachers in this private college,I draw lessons from the excellent experience of stabilizing teachers at home and abroad to prevent brain drain,from the perspective of Human Resource Management and knowledge-based staff motivation to provide solutions.Such as establish modern management model,pay attention to employee needs,improve employee satisfaction and so on.Hope that help this enterprise discover the management flaw in time,better deal with teacher attrition.At the same time,it also provides reference opinions for vocational colleges and private enterprises which have similar problems in enterprise management.
