With the rapid development of the global economy and social progress,China’s education has gradually entered the stage of popular higher education.The idea of lifelong learning has been put forward,and the knowledge-based society has gradually formed.Knowledge and technology have become an important force to revitalize the country.As the birthplace of knowledge society and the cradle of talent training,higher education plays an important role.Higher vocational colleges,which are the main bases for training high skilled talents,are playing an increasingly important role.In China’s national conditions,as an important export base of high skilled talents,private higher vocational colleges have generally carried out a series of institutional reforms,aiming at gradually improving the quality of running schools.Under the current national conditions,as an important export base of advanced skilled talents,private higher vocational colleges have generally carried out a series of system reforms,aiming at gradually improving the quality of running schools.By taking various incentive measures,building a sound incentive mechanism and reforming the personnel system,the school can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers,and ultimately achieve the purpose of improving the stability of the teaching staff and avoiding brain drain.However,due to the defects of incentive and incentive mechanism,the effectiveness of incentive means is not great and the duration of incentive effect is too short,the management of teachers’ talents in private vocational colleges and universities is facing a series of problems.This paper selects the full-time teachers of a well-known private higher vocational college in the province as the research object,and discusses the problem of teacher motivation,which has great value and practical significance for the stability of teachers in private higher vocational colleges and the construction of human resource management mode under the incentive mechanism.Based on the theoretical arrangement and application of incentive mechanism and the current situation of teacher management at home and abroad,a survey is carried out in a certain scale of C Private Higher Vocational Colleges in the province to summarize the status of teacher flow and master the characteristics and forms of teacher flow.Through the questionnaire survey of full-time teachers in sample universities,this paper summarizes the demand levels and characteristics of current teachers by using descriptive statistical analysis.This paper analyzes the problem of the loss of college teachers by case analysis,and makes factor analysis on the survey data by SPSSsoftware.It concludes that there are three main factors for the loss of teachers: career development,economic income,social government,school humanities and other environmental factors.Through a detailed analysis of the main factors,this paper explores the deep-seated reasons affecting teachers’ demand and enthusiasm,and explores the internal relationship between teacher motivation and teacher mobility.In order to find effective and sustained incentive methods and strategies for college teachers,put forward a series of measures to solve the loss of college teachers,and then make the school form a sound incentive mechanism,which is conducive to the stability of the faculty and the long-term development of the school. |
