| Secondary vocational schools shoulder the responsibility of training high-quality workers and skilled talents who adapt to the requirements of China’s socialist modernization,develop in an all-round way,have high comprehensive professional quality,and work in the production and service line of all walks of life.However,from the perspective of personnel training course teaching,there are still some problems,such as the traditional teaching mode can not play the initiative of students,the teaching software and hardware resources are not perfect,can not keep up with the requirements of the times,the general teaching method ignores the individual differences and needs of students,and the single course assessment and evaluation method can not fully reflect the learning situation,and the course learning effect can not meet the needs of talent training This study is based on solving these problems.On the basis of literature review and interview,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of "computer application basis" in secondary vocational schools,and proposes to implement the "Three-dimensional and Four levels" mixed learning mode around the traditional teaching field,optimize the course learning,online learning platform and unlimited learning space,front-end analysis and learning activities,and design and support learning Four levels of learning model design.Through the action research method,two teaching classes of the same specialty,the same level and the same scale are selected to carry out the whole process application and implementation of the learning mode.Through questionnaire survey,the implementation effect is analyzed,summarized and reflected one by one.The research shows that the use of this learning method can fully mobilize students’ strong interest and curiosity in learning,give full play to the subjective initiative of learning,reflect personalized and differentiated talent training needs;rich and diverse learning software and hardware resources can better meet the needs of the course learning;the whole process,all-round Curriculum assessment and evaluation can truly and objectively reflect and To improve the learning effect of the course can better solve the problems existing in the current course learning.Students can grasp the theoretical knowledge,improve professional skills and comprehensive quality,which plays a good role in achieving the goal of cultivating high-quality workers and skilled talents.It is found that how to further optimize the design of learning activities,further create high-quality learning resources,further cultivate more functional classification teachers,and further improve process data and analysis are worthy of in-depth study and discussion,in order to play a greater role in the process of talent cultivation in secondary vocational schools. |
